Stress-free Thanks to an Amazing Coordinator

We are so incredibly grateful we had Jacquelyn as our day-of coordinator! Even though we only connected about two weeks before our wedding, she stepped in seamlessly and made such a huge impact on our day. From the very beginning, she was extremely organized, responsive, and proactive. She kept in touch with us almost daily, always making time to answer questions, talk through details, and help us feel confident and prepared. It truly felt like we had much more than just a “day-of” coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was coming together smoothly. She also took the initiative to reach out to all of our other vendors, which lifted so much stress off of us. One of the most amazing surprises was her connecting us with a promotion for a free dance floor through another vendor, which made our reception even more special! On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so we could fully relax and enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail because we knew she had it covered. If you’re looking for someone who is attentive, resourceful, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, we cannot recommend her enough. She truly helped bring our wedding vision to life!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Jacque! She is SO affordable, especially compared to what other wedding coordinators charge for the same things she offers. She does so much that other coordinators have included in their higher-priced packages, and that honestly helped me in ways I couldn’t even imagine. Even though I booked her day-of wedding package, Jacque was there for me way before the wedding whenever I needed her. Whether it was a quick text or even a 3-hour phone call 😂, she was always willing to listen, help, and talk me through whatever I needed. I’m a very independent girly and I like doing things myself, so I was definitely the type to say “I got it!” 😂 But Jacque always approached me in such a respectful way and reminded me that this is exactly what she was there for. She never made me feel like I couldn’t handle things myself, but she knew when I needed help and stepped in when I needed it. Having Jacque there took SO much stress off my shoulders, especially on the wedding day. She handled things that I didn’t even realize I would need help with, and because of her, I was actually able to enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about every little detail. I am genuinely so grateful I chose Jacque. She went above and beyond what I expected, and having someone who was not only affordable but truly cared about me and my wedding meant more than I can explain. Jacque and Golden Event Planning helped make our wedding the event we hopped it would be. Even though we only connected about a month before the big day, she was instrumental in helping us plan out a schedule, find vendors, and ensure everything was in place prior to the big day. When the wedding day came and Texas gave us some crazy weather (rain, wind, storms, and cold!), she helped us pivot and quickly move to Plan B. She interfaced with all our vendors which allowed me to enjoy our wedding reception instead of worrying about timing. I'd highly recommend Golden Event Planning.

We hosted a party for approximately 65 guests and hired Golden Event Planning to assist us. Our goal was to mingle with our guests and minimize our time in the kitchen. Jacquelyn was great in the kitchen, managing the food and switching table scapes as the evening progressed. April provided the bar service. She was friendly, socializing with guests as she worked. Both ladies were polite, personable, and flexible. If needed, we would hire Golden Event Planning again.
