Brittani and Staci - The Dynamic Duo
I researched many coordinators and found Cherished Lane Events by a referral. After our initial consultation, I felt completely comfortable with Brittani and Staci. I booked day of services for my wedding and worked with both Brittani and Staci, Staci was there on the day of. All communication from start to finish was fantastic. Any questions, feelings, issues, they were just a phone call or text away. Our officiant even commented saying he has worked with several coordinators and was impressed by their organization and communication. Our wedding day went perfectly and our guests had a wonderful time. Staci kept everyone on the timeline, brought me cheese and crackers to snack on while taking pics, bought last minute things for the cake and bar, she was freaking on it. After my wedding I had a few issues with third party vendors and I was not able to assist because we went on our honeymoon. Brittani and Staci took care of it and no problem. I could not have asked for a better team to have worked with. I will recommend them to anyone that will listen. Thank y'all so much!

Olivia & Connor Wedding 12.08.2025
Brittani-you are amazing! Thank you so so much for stepping in to wrap the bow on Olivia's PERFECT wedding at the Caswell House in downtown Austin! Brittani stepped in with 3 weeks to Wedding Day and set up a call with us from her camping trip in Utah! She was professional and knew exactly how to take the reins and wrap up the loose ends with all of the vendors (caterers (Cabo Bobs, Alfred’s Catering), Venue (Caswell House Austin), Pianist (Marilyn Rucker), and Photographer (Eyal Photos). She was prompt and instructive during the Venue walk-through and the rehearsal. The day of the wedding she absolutely made sure everything ran smoothly and set-up was done to the wedding parties liking. As the mother of the Beautiful Bride :), I was so grateful to have Brittani to help make the day PERFECT for the bride and groom! She also sent us a wonderful e-album of wedding pictures from the entire event (a totally unexpected perk and the pictures are phenomenal)! Brittani extended recommendations and ideas that only an experienced Wedding Coordinator would know. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Brittani to plan your ENTIRE Wedding, or any other event you have planned!

Support on Our Special Day
Brittani was great on the day of the wedding! She was able to guide others and keep things organized. As the bride I did not know if/when things are going wrong which is the sign of a good coordinator. It was also reasonably priced, and she included a second person for the day of which was a great help for setup/teardown. Downsides were that the portal that Brittani used for payment and other information was kind of a mess and did not work for us outright multiple times, which she acknowledged she would be switching from. As a note there were some of the specifics that we thought would be covered in which we had to do ourselves (modifying and sending our allergy list with our caterer). Overall Brittani has a great can do spunky Texas attitude and I’m glad we trusted her with our day!
