Our experience with Your Helping Hand Bestie for our wedding was outstanding. Donna and her team had clear, efficient, and timely communication throughout the entire planning process. Their work was of extremely high quality, with meticulous attention to detail. They set up the decor on time and efficiently, and then helped clean and package everything up at the end of the night, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day with our guests and family. The floral design they created brought our vision to life beautifully. Donna was great to work with - she was highly organized and paid close attention to all the details, which made the whole experience stress-free. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring a wedding coordinator, and Donna was absolutely perfect. From the start, she made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable, offering thoughtful ideas and guidance that helped my husband and me think through every detail. One of her suggestions was adding a late-night dessert, and we went with churros, which turned out to be a massive hit with our guests! What I truly appreciated about working with Donna is how deeply she respects and supports each couple’s unique vision, even when it’s outside the “traditional” wedding mold. She never tried to steer us in a different direction—she helped us bring our ideas to life. So many friends told me I looked completely stress-free on our wedding day—and I really was. Donna made everything run seamlessly, to the point where I actually had time to eat and fully enjoy the day.
