Description	This service is for couples who successfully planned their own wedding, and need the help of an experienced wedding coordinator to step in about one month before the event during the last phase of planning to ensure all details are expertly managed and coordinated.	Our most basic coordination service, perfect for the Couple who is very comfortable communicating with their own vendors and just needs someone to step-in on the day of the event.

The BEST you could hire! Hands DOWN!
From the moment we hired Pheenix Minx Collective, we knew we made the right choice. Becca and Ray communicated with us in a way that was direct, clear, and always on time—they never left us guessing about what came next. On our wedding day, they handled everything, which meant I got a detailed schedule showing exactly when I had free time, when photos were happening, when family was showing up, helped us rush with a same day rehearsal since we didn't get the venue day before also, so I could just relax and enjoy the moment instead of worrying about logistics. What really set them apart was how they managed the day without ever being bossy or stepping on anyone's toes; they were understanding when we changed our minds about details and simply asked us where we wanted things to fit into the timeline. The photography was incredible too—Becca and Ray got creative with shots and made sure we didn't end up with stiff smiles in every picture. We honestly can't imagine planning our wedding with anyone else.

Amazing wedding planner
Working with Pheenix Minx Collective was such a smooth experience from start to finish.
