    Highly Recommended Musician

We highly recommend Hyphen for your events. He is an incredibly talented musician and an all-around entertainer. His one-man band setup is very unique, entertaining, and lively. We hired him to play for one and a half hours at our engagement party's cocktail hour and it was an absolutely fabulous ambiance. If the time allowed, we would have definitely hired him to entertain for longer.

    Unique Live Experience

Hyphen Thazhath performed at our wedding reception's cocktail hour as a one-man band. He brought a unique experience to our wedding and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed his live music. He played songs of diverse genres and various instruments and created a relaxed atmosphere with his music at our reception. He is very professional and communicates well. He is an excellent team player and collaborated well with our event planner, sound technician, and DJ to make sure he sounded perfect for our guests. He is a talented musician who engages very well with guests through his music. We would 100% recommend him to other couples looking for a unique live music experience at their event.

Yes, if provided in advance.
I would require about 30 to 45 minutes for set-up and sound check. I prefer to set up as early as the venue allows me to do so.
I am happy to follow the event's dress code. At events where there is no special dress code, I follow my own signature style in line with the event type.
Here below is the breakdown. 1) Performance Fees 2) Travel Fees - flight tickets + ground transportation + accommodation + food
I am a one-man band and multi-instrumentalist offering a unique live experience. I can play a variety of instruments and build up songs from a mix of genres like Rock ’n’ Roll, Blues, R&B, Pop, Jazz, Reggae, Country, Indian, Latin, Hip-Hop, Electro, Ambient, Tropical, etc. Being a one-man band, I can entertain without needing the space required for a three or four-member band or a dedicated stage. I curate my song list to the type of event that I am booked for. I usually play an eclectic mix of songs that guests from all generations can vibe with. I play various instruments during my live sessions that guests find very entertaining.
Yes, gladly. I collaborate with DJs and other musicians and artists to augment an entire event, after parties, dance parties, grand wedding entrances, baraats, live shows, cocktail hours, happy hours, receptions, etc.
During the live, one-man band sessions, I loop drums, bass, keyboards, ukulele, and guitar. I sometimes also play ukulele and guitar over pre-recorded backing tracks.
I can provide live music for both wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions. I create ambient/ acoustic and special wedding ceremony music as per client requests that I play with my guitar or ukulele. I will be using my one-man band set up for cocktail receptions.
I cover my own sound equipment for spaces that can hold 500 to 1000 guests.
I need about 7 feet x 7 feet (49 sq. ft.) space and 1 electrical plug for my set up.
I am also a music teacher who offers private guitar, ukulele, and drums lessons. I can offer private music lessons to the bride and/ or groom prior to their special day if they would like to perform for their partner or their guests.
