    Best coordinator we could have ever asked for!

    Working with Crystal for our wedding was hands down the best decision we made! Going into planning, my husband and I had no idea where to even start with building a timeline, but Crystal took complete charge and created a seamless flow for our entire day. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran flawlessly behind the scenes. We didn't have to worry or stress about a single thing—we were truly able to just relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment.     She thought of absolutely everything.

    Crystal’s heart really shines when it comes to wedding coordination. She naturally loves to illustrate and plan what a day of festivities will look like. She enjoys planning and helping out with making decisions. Very patient and very clear with communication. None of our questions or concerns fell through the cracks with Crystal. She is very efficient with finding tons of options, then sorting them out and bringing them to us with both pros and con. When my wife and I started our wedding planning it was very strenuous, though exciting. Crystal took on the stresses of communicating with venues, coordinating the ceremony, coordinating the reception, and flushing out all the missing details. She helped us through logistics of transitioning from the ceremony to the reception. When it came to the day of the wedding, she was ready to assist with anything that we needed. She served us really well and all of our anxiety melted. Everything she had planned went smoothly. She made my wedding day a lot better than I was hoping. Very good attitude and so sweet with us. Would highly recommend.

A wedding planner works with you from the beginning to help create your wedding vision and guide you through the many decisions that come with planning a wedding. This can include budget planning, venue recommendations, vendor research and selection, design guidance, RSVP management, timelines, and overall organization. A wedding coordinator is there to support couples who have already planned most of the details but want help bringing everything together. I step in closer to the wedding day to review plans, organize final details, communicate with vendors, create a timeline, and manage the day so everything flows smoothly.
