Howdy!! We’re Brandy & Megan & we’ve been tending bars for 20+ years. We met & fell in love in 2012 while working at an Irish pub in Austin, TX. For the next twelve years we honed our skills, practiced developing cocktails, & perfected our styles at numerous bars, restaurants, & festivals around town. We wanted a creative avenue to provide the style of service that we love. Events fit the bill; so Cheers Event Bartending was born in 2024 & personalized, toast worthy celebrations became our specialty. We’d be delighted to help create your unique idea for merry making.     WOW-Just WOW!!

    From our first conversation with Cheers Event Bartending, we knew we had found our bar service. The team responded to our calls and emails right away, and they made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. What really blew us away was how much they cared about making our day perfect—they infused ice with flowers, designed custom menus in our wedding colors, and thought through every small detail so nothing would be overlooked. On the day of the wedding, these ladies made everything look effortless while handling it all with grace and skill. Their work went above and beyond what we expected, and our guests raved about the drinks and the beautiful bar setup.     Best bartenders!!

    Holiday Party

    Brandy and Megan with Cheers Event Bartending were truly amazing to work with. I have worked with hundreds of vendors over the years, and Brandy and Megan were truly top notch. They made the entire process so seamless- I felt so at ease the entire time working with them. Even though I booked them very last minute, they still made sure to double check every little detail and follow-up with me for anything that was needed. They were fantastic with communication, and during the event they were so great- professional, friendly, and made amazing drinks!

    The BEST Bartending team in Austin

    Cheers Bartending absolutely exceeded our expectations at our event. From start to finish, their team was professional, organized, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Megan & Brandy brought such a cheery, fun energy that immediately elevated the atmosphere of the event and kept guests engaged all night. The cocktail and mocktail menu was outstanding—creative, beautifully presented, and delicious. We operate as a dry‑hire (BYOB) bartending service, which means you supply the alcohol and we handle everything else. This setup actually saves you money because you’re able to purchase alcohol at retail prices instead of paying marked‑up bar rates. Most clients end up spending significantly less while still getting exactly the brands and quantities they want. To make the process easy, we provide a customized alcohol shopping list based on your guest count, drink menu, and event style. If you’d prefer not to shop at all, we also offer alcohol pickup for a small additional fee, so everything arrives on‑site and ready to go.
To ensure consistently smooth, high‑quality service, we always staff a minimum of two bartenders, even for smaller events. This guarantees faster lines, better guest interaction, and seamless bar flow from start to finish. For larger events, we add additional bartenders once your guest count exceeds 150 guests. We’ll guide you to the ideal staffing level based on your event flow, so your guests enjoy a polished, efficient bar experience.
Absolutely. We love crafting menus that match your event’s personality—whether that’s classic, seasonal, modern, or themed. We’ll help you choose signature cocktails, balance your menu, and ensure everything is crowd‑friendly and easy to serve efficiently.
We provide a personalized alcohol quantity guide based on your guest count, event length, and drink selections. This ensures you buy the right amount—never too much, never too little—and keeps your budget on track.
Yes. We can include mocktails, water, sodas, and other non‑alcoholic beverages. If you want a full NA bar or a mix of both, we’ll design a menu that fits your vision.
We’re happy to incorporate special spirits, themed cocktails, cultural traditions, or unique ingredients. Just let us know what you’re dreaming up, and we’ll make it happen.
We typically arrive 2 hours before service begins to set up the bar, chill beverages, prep garnishes, and coordinate with your planner or venue. If your venue has specific load‑in rules, we’ll follow their timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Our standard service covers cocktail hour through the end of your reception, but we can customize timing for any event. Whether you need a short service window or an extended celebration, we’ll tailor the schedule to fit your timeline.
Yes. We carry full general liability and liquor liability insurance, and all bartenders are TABC certified. Most venues require this, and we’re happy to provide documentation upon request.
Yes. This is included in the price of our standard service.
