Welcome to Ellie EtoH, Central Texas private event bar service. Our friendly & professional team specializes in weddings, custom cocktail creation, and keeping the fun & the drinks flowing! Our bartenders are TABC certified, and experienced. If you’re looking for a passionate staff of service professionals who are excited to make your day the best it can be, consider this a match made in heaven!
We specialize in wedding receptions! Most couples that are planning a wedding may enjoy a cocktail or a beer, but planning a bar for a wedding is a new experience. I help you plan the who/ the what/ and the how much should we buy to make the process as streamline as possible. In addition to we are licensed TABC and we are double insured with 1 million in General Liability and with Liquor Liability.

Working with Ellie Bar Co. was such a smooth experience from start to finish. The owner communicated with us clearly throughout the planning process and was flexible whenever we needed to adjust our vision for the bar setup which was for 4 different mocktails, no alcohol. On the day of our wedding, the drinks were perfectly executed and our guests couldn't stop ranting about how good everything tasted. The quality of the service really matched the price we paid, which felt fair and transparent. We felt taken care of the entire time, and Ellie's team made sure everyone at our reception felt welcomed and well-served. We'd absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a bar service that actually listens and delivers.

Great service and excellent communication
We had a fantastic experience with Ellie EtOH for the bar service at our wedding. From the start, communication was excellent — Ashley was always quick to respond to both emails and texts and made the planning process easy and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, the team arrived on time, ran two bars seamlessly, and kept everything moving smoothly. Even during cocktail hour when everyone was grabbing drinks at once, there was never a line and guests were always served quickly. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the service, and the bartenders were friendly and professional all night. At the end of the evening, they even stayed late to help clean up from catering, which was above and beyond what we expected. We highly recommend Ellie EtOH for any event — they played a big part in making our wedding run so smoothly!
