    The sweetest group of ladies! Firstly, Sarah's personality is what sold me with Alice Allen Events(AAE). I met her at my venue's open house event, and immediately was drawn to her friendly face. Scheduled a zoom meeting, and 5 minutes into my "inquiry" call with her, I was already sold. The vibe through just a zoom call was so warm and comforting and I felt like her personality matched mine :). I decided on Wedding management package, and Payton was my lead planner. There was plenty of communication from emails, zoom calls, and especially long texts; plenty of vendor recommendations that they have worked with, great for bouncing ideas and taking previous experiences into account; ironing out the details that I wasn't thinking about, oh and also so flexible when I had changes (hehe) she made sure that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Since the AAE ladies are a few hours drive away in Waco TX, the day of my final planning meeting with the venue was only the 2nd time with AAE in person - this was no issue! With all the zoom calls, I felt so connected with them and so comfortable walking through my vision and making last minute changes. During rehearsal day, Payton and Anna Kate were AMAZING. I was feeling emotional and overwhelmed when things weren't quite clear with my minister, and sequence of things for the ceremony. They stopped and asked what my thoughts were, gave me time to collect myself, and I'm not exactly sure what they did to shape things up, but the ceremony went PERFECT. My family said "the ones in the black dresses" (Payton and Anna Kate) were SO GOOD! They were everywhere - helping with some last minute pinning of dresses, keeping everyone and everything organized, and orchestrating all that I had envisioned. My full time job is all about process and timing, and I kept asking "how are we on time" both Payton and Anna Kate kept me in line, and reassured me "we're fine" anytime I asked. I'm so grateful to have met these ladies and to have this experience with them behind the scenes.

    Working with the Alice Allen Events team was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. They were responsive to my questions and provided excellent insight and advice. She understood our vision and helped us execute it perfectly. We always enjoyed our meetings with Sarah because not only was she prepared and professional, she was also so friendly and joyful. We left our planning meetings with Sarah more excited about our wedding, not stressed or overwhelmed. We were able to be completely present on our wedding day knowing that the Alice Allen team was on top of the schedule and details. I would, and I will, absolutely recommend Alice Allen Events.
