From our signature bar and umbrella setup to thoughtful service and presentation, every detail is intentionally designed to elevate your celebration. Unlike traditional bartending services that simply send staff, we provide a fully styled bar and personally oversee each event to ensure a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for you and your guests. `

It’s the perfect add-on for couples who want to check one more thing off the list and keep the drinks flowing without the hassle. Just bring the booze—we’ll take care of the rest! (up to 100 guests, $4 pp for any additional over 100)

Amazing service!
Cathie and Dan did an excellent job at our son's wedding. We had multiple guests compliment on how good the bar service was. They meet with us before the event and helped us plan the menu, including two specialty cocktails. We will use them again and highly recommend them!

Exceptional Bar Services
The Vintage Texan Mobile Bar was exceptional at what they do and played a part in making our wedding day feel magical and truly unforgettable. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about their beautiful, delicious cocktails, and even the water and lemonade station was thoughtfully presented and just as lovely. Cathie and Daniel were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their warm, friendly service made the entire experience even more special. We highly recommend them!

We used The Vintage Texan Mobile Bar for our wedding day in November 2025. From the beginning, they were responsive on Zola and ensured a response within 1-2 days at most. Cathie was organized, quickly set up phone calls to discuss our vision, what the breakdown of guests and alcohol choices were, what the best options were for us and made the whole process easy. They have several options to best fit your needs. Leading up to the day and day of, they were professionals. Knew how to set up their space and interacted beautifully with guests. They were everything you could want in a service. Would highly recommend them for any event, just look how cute!!

Amazing!
We had such a great time working with The Texas Vintage Mobile Bar! Cathie was amazing, such a wonderful lady. She was super nice, and very accommodating. I felt comfortable texting her questions. She helped make our special day so special. She worked so hard perfecting our signature drinks, our guests loved them & so did we! If I ever had to hire a bar again I would hire them in a heartbeat.

Absolutely the most amazing experience. Cathie and her husband bartended our wedding. From custom menus to drinks and service everything was top notch! Our guests were raving about the drinks and service. They were hand crafted true master pieces of drinks. You can tell how much they care about their craft and making sure every single person is taken care of as if they were family. Cathie provided me peace of mind during the entire process and there was ZERO STRESS. I cannot recommend them enough!
