As a professional "dry-service" provider, we bring the expertise, equipment, and a sophisticated bar setup directly to you, while providing a curated shopping list to simplify your alcohol. To ensure every guest is catered to, we now offer elevated mocktails, artisan lemonade, and custom dirty soda bar options—perfect for a fully inclusive, non-alcoholic experience that doesn't sacrifice style.

    Great experience

    Whiskey & Copper provided exceptional bar services and beverages. Their communication throughout the planning process was great - they were always responsive and provided clear information. The quality of their work was thorough and positive, and we were very happy with the service they delivered. Their bartender had a great attitude and helped make our wedding celebration truly memorable.

    From our very first call with Whiskey & Copper, we could tell they were a caring and thoughtful team who truly wanted to make the wedding day special. They were professional, courteous and fun throughout the entire process, from helping craft the perfect bar menu to their engaging service on the day of. Guests raved about the delicious drinks and wonderful service provided by the Whiskey & Copper team. We highly recommend reaching out to them - they are eager to collaborate with you and bring your wedding bar vision to life!


We provide a minimum of 2 in our Basic Package an initial call/meeting. One meeting will focus on menus and headcount. One to go over final plans and needs prior to event date. We are open to calls and emails any other time to answer questions as you plan your big day.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 4 months in advance. If you are less than that time, we can certainly work with you for any available accommodations.
We serve the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and surrounding North Texas areas. Always looking to expand beyond that so let us know if we can possible accommodate outside of that area.
We are a "dry-hire" service which means the client provides the alcohol. This is very cost effective in that the client can control the spending on preferred brands. As part of our basic package, we will provide a comprehensive shopping list based on your guests and alcohol choices.
1 certified and insured bartender for each 75 guest count is recommended to ensure that your service runs efficiently.
Yes. We carry general liability as well as alcohol liability insurance. Our staff is carries state certifications for TABC and Food Handling.
Yes. We will work with you on what signature drinks you wish to have for your special day. These can be your favorite recipes or choose one that we offer. Recommended to limit 2-3 signature drinks to ensure timely service to your guests.
Yes. We will work with you on those options in our initial consultation. We have refreshing Mocktails, Artisan Lemonade Bar and Dirty Soda Bar options to ensure that all guests are included. This can be a standalone package or as an add-on to a cocktail package.
We require a 50% deposit upon signing of the contract and the remainder 50% deposit within 30 days prior to the event date. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made at any time but please remember that deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation. We would prefer to work with you on rescheduling any event that works for both parties should any issues arise.
Yes. We arrive early to setup the bar area, manage the bar area throughout, and clean and breakdown the bar area at the end of the event. All bar-related trash will be collected and disposed of at venue if area provided. If an area is not provided, client will need to make trash haul from venue arrangements.
Just let us know as soon as possible to make accommodation. Additional hours (max 2) is billed at $200.
In our contract we require a minimum of $250 per bartender. This can be accomplished by using a "tip jar" or paid directly by the client. If the "tip jar" does not reach the $250 minimum per bartender, the difference is billed to the client via invoicing or cash. If the client prefers to not have a "tip jar", then the minimum $250 per bartender will be billed directly in the invoice to the client.
