On Deck Events is a DFW-based, licensed and insured mobile bar crew serving weddings with polished bartending, great energy, and a clean, professional setup. We’re a dry-hire service (you provide the alcohol; we handle the rest). Upgrade to our signature horse-trailer bar, The BarStall, for a true statement piece. We handle your day from first pour to last call!

Licensed & insured, led by a pro crew, and built for wedding bundles. Pair our Bar Crew with our Day-Of Coordination and extra staffing to tighten timelines, smooth vendor flow, and keep the celebration moving—plus a polished bar setup and pre-event planning that ensures you’re stocked correctly, service stays efficient, and drinks stay flowing.

On Deck Events provided excellent bar services and beverages for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication style was easy, comfortable, and immediate - they were a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work and value was top-notch, as they were prompt, proactive, and delivered great service. They showed up early on the day, were the nicest of all our vendors, and made perfect cocktails for our guests. Overall, On Deck Events was the best bartending service we could have hoped for, and they were very affordable as well. We highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.
