We provide professional mobile specialty cocktail bartending for weddings, parties, and private events. When selecting our services, know that you have a team that works side by side daily and strives to create your vision and bring it to life on your special occasion! Bottom line. We pride ourselves in our signature cocktails, hospitality, professionalism, commitment, and respect for our clients. We want YOU to know YOU are our number one priority.
We are a Veteran-owned and family-operated business and offer military discounts! We are a husband and wife team with five adult children and three furbabies that run the house (the furbabies do, not the adult kids!) And we LOVE working together, creating ideas to incorporate into special events, and concocting that perfect cocktail. After all, isn't a husband and wife loving working together unique? Ha! But on a more serious note, each event is unique and deserves to be treated and customized as such! This is where getting to know YOU and your vision for your special day matters and is our priority.

Mother of the Groom
Nine-40 Events & Cocktails did a wonderful job at my son and new daughter in law's wedding this past weekend. We have communicated prior to the event, which was good, as we had about 2 minutes together prior to the ceremony the day of to communicate. They handled it well; I never saw a problem. I even received compliments from guest on the bar tenders.
Nine-40 is THE BEST!!!
Nine-40 events truly made our reception a 10/10! Everyone was having a blast and drinking and they are the best people! So fun and easy to talk to! The planning process was a BREEZE! They communicated so well and answered the million and one questions I had without complaint! Our cocktail tasting was so fun because they truly listened to everything we wanted and crafted some yummy cocktails!! They offer a fun perk of giving the bride and groom a VIP button to have drinks brought straight to them whenever so it was nice to never have an empty hand! Erik and Krystal are the best and would recommend them over and over!!
Wow!
I came to Nine-40 Events & Cocktails with a vision for a birthday and summer kickoff party—and wow, did they deliver! Erik and Krystal were absolute pros. Despite the Texas heat, they kept our guests cool and happy with perfectly crafted mojitos, margaritas, and smoked old-fashioneds that had everyone talking. The drinks were a total hit, and their service was seamless, friendly, and top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend for any event where you want great vibes and even better cocktails!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Erik and Krystal at Nine-40 catered to our every need for our wedding and had so many wonderful ideas. During our wedding, there was not one moment where I had to worry about anything from our bartenders. At one point, we rang our cocktail bell and I happened to see Krystal quickly finish her bite of food to rush to us. They were so wonderful and I would highly recommend Nine-40 Events!!!!
