“From the very beginning of the planning process, Rhiannon at Heartbeat Events was incredible to work with. She’s thorough, organized, and communicates clearly, which made every step leading up to the wedding feel dialed‑in instead of stressful. I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

“Paige was an incredible (or dare I say, perfect) wedding coordinator for our August 2026 wedding at Rocky Hill Events in White Salmon. From our very first call, we connected with Paige due to her warmth, confidence, experience, and passion for working with couples to execute their dream wedding days. Throughout our year and a half engagement, Paige was kind, caring, organized, and supportive. In the month leading up to our wedding, she was punctual and on top of every call and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had a few small hiccups at our wedding that Paige was able to help remedy. She was compassionate when my mom received an unexpected breast cancer diagnosis, offering ideas of ways to support her on the big day. She also helped workshop solutions to small family and friend dynamic problems we encountered along the way, always centering us as the couple in her work. She also brought along a wedding day assistant, Jillian, who was wonderful as well! Paige is more than just a coordinator, she truly becomes your friend in the process, which is exactly what we were hoping for. While we unfortunately will only have one wedding day, we’d hire Paige and Silver and Sunlight Events a hundred times again if we could. We highly recommend other Oregon or Southwest Washington couples do the same. ️”

Starting as a young teen, he would let me tag along to weddings to help haul equipment. I fell in love with the hustle and I ended up working 15+ weddings as his assistant videographer before I left for college. Professionally, I have been working as a stage manager in events and entertainment for 9 years, mostly in the SLC, Utah area. “I honestly never thought I was going to get married and I definitely was not going to have a wedding of note. However, as my partner and I started talking more and more, we scoped out what it would take to have a smooth, aesthetically pleasing and gay as he** wedding in the PNW. We like supporting small businesses and folks just getting started, and we got recommended Finn by a mutual friend. We kept it small and had them coordinate our actual Big Day. As someone who has done a LOT of managing other people's problems, I mean events, having a competent lesbian around who had taken extensive notes on what we wanted and who to talk to and handled every single thing that came up from directing caterers to the too many people who really Just Want to Be Helpful was just fantastic. Finn was incredibly responsive, asked pointed questions that got at potential problems we had not considered, and was incredibly patient with us when we got a little all over the place. They also took the animal bones, cold outdoors, and eccentricities of our privacy preferences in great stride. and they're funny as all get out. 10/10.”

“Olivia did an absolutely amazing job in making our wedding day everything we hoped for. It's hard to know where to start because wow she just knocked it out of the park from start to finish. If you have any hesitation in hiring a planner we are here to say do it! and hire Olivia, you will have no regrets and it would have been impossible to handle all the day of coordination and enjoy the day and be present with each other if Olivia was hard at work behind the scenes. She is incredible at here job and guided us every step of the way answering question and always there to bounce ideas off of. She found us all the right vendors and worked seamlessly with everyone to coordinate the ceremony and all the events leading up to it. She made the space beautiful even though we were on a budget. She even collected rocks from the Eugene area to help complete our table decorations! She rocks! She is not only the best at her job but she really took part in the party. Her and her team are so kind and genuinely happy to be part of the celebration with us. Kicking off the photo taking and moving people to the dance floor, just so fun. Olivia handles all the scheduling with family and vendor coordination in the weeks prior and day of so you really do just get to sit back and enjoy the day and be present. I wish I could give her 10 stars because she really made the day for us. Having a wedding planner and especially having Olivia as your wedding planner is my top advice for those looking to plan their big day, it takes all the stress out of it.”

We planned a mostly DIY wedding at Yachats inn and about a month and a half before the wedding, we realized we really needed someone to help take over the logistics of the day. She reached out to me when I put my feelers out in a Facebook group, and we are so glad she did! She was very kind and communicative throughout the planning process and was always so helpful during our meetings. She was wonderful at our rehearsal and truly kept everything on track on the wedding day. “My husband and I had the tremendous good fortune to have Ashley as our coordinator and florist for our wedding this May. What Ashley does goes so far beyond the scope of a typical day or month-of coordinator. We met with Ashley monthly for an entire year leading up to the wedding. She had so many smart ideas and insights throughout the process, kept us on track, and even drove an hour plus away to do a site tour with us. I am a little socially anxious and could imagine feeling awkward day-of around a coordinator I had only talked to a couple times. Instead, Ashley felt like a good friend who we knew we could trust completely. If you are a couple on a budget like we were, know that Ashley’s services are an incredible value for your money (raise your prices girl). After working with her for a few months, we decided to also hire her to do our florals. Having one fewer vendor to wrangle and having our florist present for the whole event was amazing. I initially worried that because she does both coordination and florals that she might not have the expertise of someone who is solely a florist. Not the case at all! Ashley is wildly talented with flowers. I had a very specific vision, and she blew me away. I made her a vision board and she executed it flawlessly. Ashley went above and beyond in all areas and was really there for us throughout an emotional and stressful process. “Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! “We are the type of people that didn’t think we needed a wedding planner, but after the wedding, we are sooo thankful for Kelsey and the Indigo Bride crew. The wedding would not have been possible without Kelsey. She was able to delegate tasks, decorate, and wrangle all our friends and family in multiple locations, even at Hoodoo Ski Area where the ceremony took place. “I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it. “Working with Jodie at Aisle Ready Events was easily the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process! My now wife was busy in grad school and I know nothing about weddings, so we knew right off the bat having an experienced planner helping us was the way to go. But after the wedding was all said and done, it is incredible looking back at how easy Jodie made the experience. She found us incredible vendors, always asked the right questions that we would never think to ask, and planned the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to (or in this case been the main part of)! After our experience, we have been telling everyone we know that they must get a wedding planner if they want to enjoy the planning process and especially the wedding day. We live down in Southern California so having Jodie available in Oregon was essential and she delivered. We couldn't recommend her enough to anyone planning their wedding up in Oregon!”
