Hello! My name is Kendyl Martin and I live in North Texas with my husband and puppy, Maze. In my free time you can find me shopping at craft stores or stopping by Starbucks to fuel my work day. In 2019 I graduated from Tarleton State University with my degree in Event Management. Not too long after that, I was engaged and planning a wedding through the pandemic. I know first hand how hard it can be to be a Covid couple. Everything Bridal is my dream to help other couples feel the comfort of having someone in their corner to ensure the day is everything they have dreamt of and more!

I booked Everything Bridal Events for Week of/Day of Coordination with Kendyl and I could not recommend Kendyl and her partner Becca enough!! They worked so hard to ensure every last detail was exactly how I envisioned it to be from the timeline, to the decor, to coordinating family and guests. Everything went perfectly on my wedding day and we did not have a single issue. I owe a huge part of that to these two ladies! They were professional, organized, and ensured everything went according to plan. They went above and beyond and were so helpful and attentive to my family and myself. I’m so grateful to have had them both by my side on my wedding day. Kendyl captured some special pictures and video footage on her phone and my camcorder and I’m so thankful to have those behind the scenes memories. After booking, I received a editable wedding day binder Canva link where I was able to add all my details in in preparation for the big day. This was really helpful because I was able to share it with the rest of my wedding party once finalized. We met a month before my wedding to go over all the planning details and I scheduled a second meeting to help with the timeline and flow for the day because I was really struggling with this. She was a HUGE help with figuring this out as we had a kind of non-traditional timeline. She was great during our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew their role and the flow for the day. I would recommend Everything Bridal Events to any bride looking for a planner, month of, week of, day of coordinator. It was truly a pleasure to work with these ladies!

Chynjah is just THE BEST!!! She really went above and beyond her job description. I hired her just for day of coordination, and not only did she work with my budget, but she also gave me advice and recommendations throughout the planning process. She helped me think of things that weren’t on my radar, and took care of everything that I asked- and then some!! She helped me through a mini-breakdown and fixed me up when my makeup came off in the Texas heat/humidity, and she also hemmed my flower girl’s dress with her own emergency sewing kit that she brought. She’s a boss babe and the truly the best, PLEASE hire her to make sure you don’t have to worry about the little things on your big day!! She made my day so special

I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

Jessica & Denecia were both amazing from the first initial point of contact Jessica was responsive she answered our millions of questions and concerns and on the wedding day she executed everything so well she was calm at all times and kept everyone else calm she made sure all of the vendors were there and that everything and everyone was setup. Once the wedding was over she made sure everything was packed up for me and put in its designated place she made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything! Her communication was exceptional and she’s such a hard worker and so was Denecia who helped with setup and coordinating the wedding party . I highly recommend! :)

During the interview process something about speaking with Emerance made me and my now husband know they were definitely the planners for us. We hired this group as our month of coordinators since it had been a long engagement so a lot of planning was already completed by the time we hired them, but they took over right when I needed them. Before I got engaged, I never spent a whole lot of time or energy thinking about what my potential wedding day would entail. As soon as we got engaged I was getting bombarded with questions from family, friends and coworkers about our upcoming wedding that we didn’t even have a set date for. Flash forward after securing our venue, I knew, as a Type A person but also pretty calm bride, I wouldn’t be able to juggle our vendors, nor know all the important day-of questions - I knew I wanted coordinators. Little did I know Catherine and Caylynn would help us to fulfill the most incredible and (most importantly) seamless wedding day. I genuinely had zero stress on my one day as a bride. And I stress, one day, because it’s monumental and something we planned for 12 months and it comes and goes so fast. We started working with a Caylynn and Catherine about 4 months out - we had an initial call where we got to know one another and our vision for our big day and from there (1) hour long call each month leading up to our date. My husband and I set up a call with our DJ 3 weeks out and he got on our call having already talked with Catherine! It was in that exact moment I knew we made the right decision to add them to our team. They delivered on everything they said they would do, they were highly communicative and accessible. Did I mention we live in Miami and had our wedding in Dallas? They we accommodating to doing everything virtually since we were not local and made adjustments when time zones were challenging. I could go on and on but if you were wondering if budgeting for wedding coordinators was worth it, with Joie de Vivre Events, it 100% is. If you’re the partner needing to convince the other one - use this review! Mine was on the fence, but looking back he would say we should have paid them triple! ;)

Hiring our wedding planner was truly one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding journey. I honestly cannot imagine how much more stressful our wedding would have been without her. Looking back, our wedding was incredibly complex, and having someone experienced guiding us through every step made all the difference. If you are planning a very small courthouse or backyard wedding with just a few people, you might be able to manage everything yourself. But if your wedding has multiple moving parts, traditions, and vendors involved, having a planner is absolutely invaluable. It takes an enormous amount of pressure off your shoulders. To be completely honest, I tend to procrastinate, and wedding planning involves so many decisions. Our planner kept me on track through the entire process. If I didn’t respond to an email, she would gently follow up with a text the next day. If I delayed responding to a text, she would give me a quick call to help me move forward with the decision. She always did it with kindness and patience, and it kept everything progressing right on schedule. There were countless details to consider—venues, decorations, vendors, officiants, photography, food, beverages, and so much more—and she helped us navigate every single one. She also presented us with multiple options for venues, vendors, and styles so we could choose what felt right for us. Our wedding was even more unique because it brought together two cultures, each with meaningful traditions that we wanted to honor and incorporate. Our planner handled this beautifully. She coordinated with both sides of the family and helped bring everything together seamlessly. She created a unified timeline for all three of our events—the tea ceremony, the church ceremony, and the reception celebration—and made sure every detail flowed together smoothly. There was also a major curveball: our wedding was scheduled for July of 2020. The months leading up to it were filled with uncertainty due to the pandemic, and we truly didn’t know if large gatherings would even be allowed. While we were navigating guest concerns and changing circumstances, our planner stayed on top of everything with our venues and vendors. When our reception venue unexpectedly fell through, she successfully negotiated to get our deposit returned, which was an enormous relief during an already stressful time. Through all of it, she remained calm, supportive, and incredibly organized. She made sure our wedding day was truly beautiful. It honestly felt like a dream. One of the moments I appreciated most was how she was there for the quiet moments too—before my bridal party arrived, making sure I was okay, and later in the day reminding me to eat something when I had been so busy taking photos and greeting guests that I had forgotten. Looking back now, I am so grateful we had her by our side throughout the entire process. She didn’t just coordinate logistics—she truly cared about us and our experience. Because of her dedication, guidance, and attention to detail, we were able to enjoy our wedding day fully, knowing everything was being handled. It was a beautiful, joyful day that we will treasure for the rest of our lives, and we owe so much of that to her. If you are planning a wedding and want someone who is organized, supportive, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
