Where should I even start? Jelena and her team are the #1 reason my husband and I decided to move forward with our dream wedding, and I can’t begin to thank her enough for that. We chose her full wedding planning service, and she was INCREDIBLE. She is so friendly and easy to work with but will take charge in times of conflict and stress (which is inevitable when you are planning a wedding.) It may be tempting to try and cut costs anywhere you can when planning but I highly recommend not cutting out a planner, she is worth every penny. I met with many planners before I connected with Jelena and after our first zoom call, I knew she was different than the others. She made sure each vendor we selected fit in with our vision and more importantly our budget. She listened and brought our dream to life, even better than we could have imagined. It’s rare to find a planner who is willing to help with any and everything, she even helped me squeeze into my dress and carried my long heavy train in 95-degree weather. Even after our wedding she has kept in touch and made sure we are doing well. Jelena, you were made for this career and are impacting lives in big ways. We couldn't have made a better choice in using Heirloom Event Company to help us plan our wedding. Our planning timeline was only about 5 months, My husband and I lived in different countries and had to deal with the added stress of immigration visas on top of wedding planning. We wanted a planner who would understand our needs and someone we could trust to listen to our vision for the day and make it happen. Haylie was so easy to work with, always on top of deadlines and keeping us on track in the all stages of planning. She listened to our ideas and dreams and found vendors that suited and fit within budget. She found us an amazing coffee cart vendor after i said coffee would be awesome to have. We dreamed of it being a fairytale/ hobbiton vibes in the music, she found us a music duo who hit the brief perfectly. She helped us surprise each other the morning of and throughout the day. She communicated with vendors, understood the fine print in the contracts and would let us know what our responsibility was. She was so supportive throughout the whole planning stage, any questions we had she answered and even after the wedding, answering questions that only come up after the event has happened. Haylie was intentional, thoughtful and she helped us be at ease leading up to the wedding and day of. With family travelling from outside of the country, she made a simple document we could give to them to have all the info needed so they didn't ask us the day of. Magdalena and Olivia made sure to help us have a smooth and enjoyable wedding from getting ready in the morning to the reception time. Maggie even stopped by my house the day before to pick up some diy things for the reception. Maggie also let us use gold table numbers for our reception instead of using the table numbers the venue offered and she had her own “reserved” signs for the ceremony (these are things I had not considered!)They are both professional, friendly and supportive. I honestly had zero worries because I knew we were in good hands. When issues came up I whole heartedly trusted Maggie and Olivia. I know there was some issues with our seating/table layout and I’m so grateful they were able to figure it out without our input. The groom had some issues with his suit before the ceremony and Maggie was ready with safety pins and was able to help him. During the reception Maggie ensured we were having a good time and brought drinks from the bar to us. She also took some lovely photos, which I appreciate so much because as you know it will be a little while to get our pics from the photographer. All my friends and family also told me how well organized the reception was and they noticed how hands on Maggie and Olivia were. Thank you! We couldn’t be happier with the way our wedding day turned out.

Alexa is a true professional with her work and I knew from the moment we spoke to her that she was the one we wanted to work with. We interviewed several planners that did not come close to Alexa’s level of expertise and ability to make you feel calm and in good hands. If I was able to re-do my wedding again, I may change a few vendors, but Alexa is someone we would lock down over and over again! Hands down the best decision we made! Alexa is reliable, professional, friendly, and most importantly organized! We immediately had a guide on where to start and where we should be with our process each month. Alexa was available to us for any questions or doubts we might have, and made the most stressful months leading up to our wedding stress free. She always asked questions we didn’t think to ask. Where to begin! Cylee was recommended to my husband and I through our amazing Dj at 3rd Shift Djs. She proved to be just as fantastic! We met with her regarding month-of planning services, and she definitely delivered. As a pretty spastic person that isn't the biggest fan of planning, I knew I needed someone that could keep me in line when it came to getting final details together and communicate with my vendors. Cylee came and proved why she is the best at her job! She kept us organized, was available via text, facetime, google meetings, etc whenever we needed something. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. I was completely unaware what time it was all day, able to stay in the moment because she was on top of everything and kept us on schedule. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet, she cares deeply about her job and the folks she works with, and she has a keen eye for the details. I reached out to so many planners/coordinators for my wedding and so many were either slow to respond or did not respond at all. Chelsea was prompt and excited to help, despite my wedding being quite the undertaking. I did my own (faux) flowers, which meant on top of regular day-of duties, she was putting up full floral arrangements, lighting hundreds of candles, and putting together tons of other small details and finishing touches. I can't emphasize this enough - our day would not have come together in the way that it did without her. She was on top of everything and truly made my vision come to life. She was helpful in dealing with other vendors as well, and did everything with a smile on her face. When I came to her days before my wedding with a crazy new surprise, she was down to help. Our wedding was magical because of Rachelle. It simply would not have been as enchanting, seamless, or memorable without her. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Michelle (Bustle & Lace) as our wedding coordinator at Sarabande Chicago, and I can't imagine our day without her support. Our wedding was a bit complex, it included a Hindu ceremony in the morning, followed by a break, then a traditional American-style cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Michelle handled every piece with grace and precision. Having had an Indian-fusion wedding herself, she was especially knowledgeable about many of the cultural details involved, which made us feel even more confident and understood throughout the process. One of the things that drew us to her was her unique coordination model, where we met with her every few months for a year leading up to the wedding. My husband and I knew that we wanted to stay very involved in the decision-making that went into wedding planning, and her package was the perfect fit for that. Even though we did a lot ourselves, Michelle’s expertise, thoughtful feedback, and vendor connections made the entire process feel guided and manageable. We actually enjoyed wedding planning more than we expected—largely because of her insight and support. She offered incredibly helpful input on our choices and timeline, and provided so much value long before the wedding day was even close. As we entered the final month, her coordination ramped up. She took the lead with our vendors, helped us stay on top of all our final tasks, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She also led our venue walkthrough with the full vendor team, helped with setup the day before, and made sure we felt confident heading into the big day. On the wedding day itself, Michelle was a calm, steady, behind-the-scenes presence. If anything went wrong, we never knew—she handled it all. She checked in with us the perfect amount to make sure we were eating, feeling good, and truly enjoying ourselves. Thanks to her, I was able to feel fully present and at ease, soaking in every moment of the day. I’m so deeply grateful for the peace of mind Michelle gave us—not just on the wedding day, but throughout the entire process. She’s a true professional, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a thoughtful, supportive, and experienced coordinator.

Seriously, watching them in action — they’re like the SEAL Team 6 of weddings! The best part? They make sure that the bride and groom’s needs are taken care of above all else. For the entire year leading up to the wedding, our biggest advocate and support system was Lety. She was always quick to respond, creating a constant and reliable channel of communication. Any confusion or ambiguity during the planning process was immediately addressed or resolved. She handled every question, issue, or idea right away, and without judgement! That is what drew me to this team in the first place. From the very first conversation that I had with Lety, I could tell that she cared about our day and us as a couple. She made it known immediately that she had our backs and she was going to do everything possible to make my ‘colorful’ and ‘vibrant’ vision a reality! On the actual day, we were able to make this happen and the space was exactly as I had imagined it! Our guests were gawking at the decor and raving about the small details that we had curated. Behind the scenes, this was weeks and weeks of constant back and forth conversations. Tweaking and updating and pivoting. Throughout it all, Lety’s dedication and commitment never wavered! At the end of the night, the people were lit and the vibes were so high that no one wanted to leave the dance floor! I had to physically usher people towards the exit. As an Entertainment Director/Event Manager myself, I’m blown away by Franklin. It was important for me to hire someone I could trust to handle the organization for my wedding day. After our first meeting with Franklin, I knew he understood what we wanted. I was thrilled to know he was available for our wedding, and I feel like we couldn’t have made a better choice. Before the wedding day, I was so relieved when Franklin came over to pick up all the decor. He even stopped by on the morning of the wedding to check on us and pick up any last-minute items. This alone really touched me because many people don’t go that extra mile, but Franklin does! I was seriously stressing about how to get those items delivered, and Franklin came right along and eased all that stress! He took our ideas and exceeded our expectations. We are Funko Pop collectors, so we wanted a fun way to incorporate them into our wedding decor, and he did it with ease. He surprised us several times throughout the event, and those memories are some of my favorite moments. When he revealed the reception dining room, which he had decorated for us, I was filled with chills. I couldn’t believe he took my simple idea and made it look so GRAND; it was next level. Then we walked over to the cookie and cake table, where I was seriously at a loss for words. I was blown away by the details he displayed in his decorating. It seemed like a scene from a movie. Before walking down the aisle, we learned that one of our food caterers was extremely late delivering the food and potentially wasn’t going to deliver it at all. Franklin was calm but still urgent in his demeanor, and I totally appreciated his proactive professionalism. Moments like these can really test any event coordinator's patience and could cause a domino effect. I don’t know exactly what happened or what he did, but all the food was there and ready to be served when it was time to eat. Our guests LOVED our wedding. They all mentioned how different and elevated our wedding was, and I’m 100% sure that had a lot to do with Franklin’s hard work. We wanted something unique, and he delivered. Overall, I’m truly grateful to have met Franklin and want to also shine some light on his assistant, Will. Both of their A, fun, efficacious attitudes just make everything better. I was able to kick back and watch my wedding day unfold beautifully. For those who work in events/entertainment, you know how hard it is to go to any event and not feel like you’re working, especially your own event (lol). Franklin is a star, and I’m sure he’s going to go far in the event business. He understands the importance of an event and how each event is personally unique. Most importantly, he takes the time to know and understand his clients.
