At Coordinate & Capture, we believe you should be able to enjoy the wedding you worked so hard to plan. Our Wedding Management service is designed for couples who have handled the planning but want a professional to step in before the big day and bring all the moving pieces together. We begin working with you 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding to learn your plans, finalize your wedding day timeline, coordinate with your vendors, and make sure the important details are accounted for.

We believe great wedding coordination is about more than following a timeline. It’s about being the calm, organized person behind the scenes who already knows the details, communicates with your vendors, anticipates what needs to happen next, and handles the little things behind the scenes. We take the time to understand the wedding you’ve planned before we ever arrive on-site. Our goal is for you, your family, and your wedding party to spend the day celebrating instead of answering vendor questions, watching the clock, or worrying about what comes next. When something needs attention, we handle it. When plans need to shift, we adjust.

    My dream wedding 2-22-22

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about my wedding coordinator, Candace! She coordinated my wedding in February 22, 2022 and helped bring my dream wedding to life in just six months! From the very beginning, Candace put so much time, energy, creativity, and love into every detail. She didn’t just help plan a wedding—she helped create an experience that my husband, our family, and our guests will always remember. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing! From the games and activities to keep our guests entertained, the timeline, the little details, and making sure everything came together, Candace was there every step of the way. Yes! Coordinate & Capture is a small team, but you will work directly with me, Candace, as your Lead Coordinator throughout the coordination process. Depending on the needs and size of your wedding, I may also be joined by an event assistant to help us manage the day efficiently. You will always know who will be there before your wedding day.
Our work together begins 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding. During that time, we’ll meet to go through your plans and important details, review vendor information, build and finalize your wedding day timeline, and prepare for the big day. We also communicate with your vendors and handle the behind-the-scenes preparation needed to step in confidently as your coordinator. On your wedding day, we are there for the contracted coordination hours to manage the details and keep everything moving.
My focus is wedding management for couples who have already planned their wedding and want a professional to step in and bring everything together. I specialize in detailed timelines, vendor coordination, wedding day logistics, and keeping the day moving smoothly behind the scenes. Every wedding is different, and I take the time to understand each couple’s priorities, plans, and important details so their day feels like theirs.
Our primary focus is wedding coordination, but we are happy to discuss coordination for wedding-related events such as rehearsal dinners and other celebrations. Availability and services vary depending on the event, so reach out and tell us what you’re planning!
