“Where do we even begin? Before hiring Clémence, we met over a video call, getting to know each other to make sure we worked well together. We think this is an essential step in choosing any wedding planner, since ideas need to be communicated in both directions. Being on the same page about the vision of your wedding is key. It did not take long at all for us to know that she was the absolute best choice for us. Clémence is incredibly friendly and holds herself to such a high standard, and that shows in the work she does. She has an entire process for planning that includes timelines of when things are to be done, vendors are to be booked, and more. Everything is laid out clearly, and she checks in regularly to make sure things are on track. These timelines start from several months before the wedding and go all the way down to the day itself. She makes it known that she wants your day to be exactly how you want it and works hard to achieve that. Whenever we had a new idea or a modification to an existing one, she was always open to hearing it and working to make it happen. We went with an Italian garden-style theme for our wedding, and Clémence executed that vision perfectly. We somehow seemed to be on the same wavelength about everything. Not only did she follow through on executing our ideas, but she also incorporated her own input that fit into the wedding and expanded on it perfectly. As first-time bride and groom, we struggled with knowing how to budget properly. Clémence helped us spend in places where it made the most sense for us and save on things we didn't need. Bit of a random anecdote, but we wanted to have pizza at the end of our afterparty. Our initial search was going to have us spending hundreds of dollars to have standard pizzas delivered to our venue. Clémence saved the day when she found an even closer shop that made heart-shaped pizzas for a fraction of the cost. As Clémence has been doing this for a while now, she's gained rapport with several vendors and was able to speak to the quality of their work and service. This took so much pressure off of us, since we didn't merely have to trust the sales pitch of whatever vendors we happened to find on our own. Once we had our vendors locked in, Clémence took care of managing timelines for each, such as when to meet with them, choosing items for the wedding, and payment schedules. Not only does she work her hardest when she's by your side, she also has your back when you don't even notice. Nearly a month after the wedding, we found out that our venue's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to our vendors. This forced everyone to work at 110% to compensate for the lack of assistance. However, the way Clémence handled this was with such grace and professionalism that we didn't notice, nor did any of our guests, that things weren't running smoothly. Her integrity is truly inspiring. As cheesy as it may sound, we've gained a genuine lifelong friend in Clémence. The influence and quality of her work extend far beyond wedding planning. If it wasn't clear already, we cannot recommend Clémence enough. Her work speaks for itself and was by far the best investment we made for our wedding.”

She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. “What is there to say other than without Marissa, there would have been no wedding. Joshua Tree has a reputation of being hot- and April is typically mild. NOT ON OUR WEDDING DAY! 40 degrees with wind chill with a wind SO strong that literally almost nothing would stay up (and it was completely outdoors). This girl jumped in to action and made sure that even with the craziest wind, we still had a *stunning* wedding reception. The flowers were picturesque- matching the venue, the bride and the groom to a T. All the smaller details on tables and the use of various pieces made the wedding pop in ways that as an artist and a bride, I will never forget. The colors, the choice of flowers, being able to jump to fix almost ANY situation on the fly- this girl has a PLAN and then she has at least 4-5 more in case those don't work out. She's an expert in all of it because she's been working in the wedding industry for almost a decade- planning, doing flowers, doing CAKES, running it.. the list goes on and on. She's the ONLY person I would ever want by my side for any of this and she made our day absolutely perfect even when everything we had plan for had only one enemy- wind.”

She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!”
