I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. “Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. “We couldn't have been happier with our experience! The backdrop was absolutely stunning and ended up being one of the biggest focal points of our wedding. It photographed beautifully and tied everything together exactly how we had envisioned. From the very beginning, the entire process was seamless. Communication was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made planning so much less stressful. Everything was delivered and set up exactly as promised, and the quality exceeded our expectations. It looked even better in person than it did in the photos. “10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! Thank you so much for making this day run smoothly. Best day ever !”

“Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! “Jess and the whole Sweet Blossom team are absolutely incredible. I'm a very type-A person so needed everything to be absolutely perfect - and to say it was perfect would be an understatement. Everyone in my life told me that something at some point wouldn't be what we planned or expected, something would go wrong (big or small), but it never did. Jess and her team of amazing assistants made sure everything was perfect, ran back to my room more than once to get things I'd forgotten, and never made me feel bad about it. During the planning process, Jess set up multiple calls with us, especially in the last 6 months, and always came prepared with a list of things to talk through, things we needed to be thinking about, and the comprehensive spreadsheet she put together for us was an absolute game changer. It had every detail we could have ever needed. “My husband and I were blown away by the service provided by Heart and Sol Events! One of the best decision that we ever made was hiring them for day of coordination. Dre made the overwhelming process of wedding planning fun, easy and truly enjoyable. She is personable, down to earth and has a true passion for what she does. Her knowledge and experience in the field shoes. Dre and her team were there for us throughout the process and we could not have done it without them! A special thank to our day of coordinator, Denies Drum! We can't even begin to explain how blessed we were to have her be a part of our day. Denise was kind, genuine and radiated this calming presence that she carried with her throughout the planning process. She was involved in every detail from leading meetings with our vendors, to ceremony site reviews and setup, and even to discussing details about hair and dresses. She was patient and took the time to understand our vision and then was able to execute that vision with grace. Denise made herself available for several meetings via phone and in person with vendors to coordinate comprehensive schedules so that everyone was on the same page. I am positive that her attention to details and her continuous open line of communication is what made things run so smoothly on our wedding day. (If something went wrong or unplanned my husband and I had absolutly no idea because the Heart and Sol team had it all under control). All of our vendors had nothing but wonderful things to say about Denise and the rest of the Heart and Sol team. All in all.... WE could not have asked for a better experience. “Detailed, organized, friendly, and just an overall wonderful human being. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! SUCH a pro. Would 100% recommend Karen to any couple!”
