“Working with Jamie was truly better than I could have imagined! She was our day-of coordinator for our September 2025 wedding, but truly, she was there for us with support and planning from Day 1. Above all, I appreciated her organizational skills, positive and sweet personality, and undeniable talent. “If you are debating on whether or not to hire a wedding planner, just do it and work with Brittany. Brittany was our day of coordinator but she was more like a month of coordinator. We met at the venue a few weeks before the wedding to talk about logistics. Leading up to the event, she helped with getting my contracts from the vendors to the venue. She coordinated with hair and makeup and photography to make a schedule and keep us on track the day of. On our wedding day, she saved the day several times. I may have told my husband that he should leave the hotel to head to the venue at 4:15pm, the same time my bridesmaids and I were leaving (oops!). Brittany made sure that we didn’t bump into each other in the lobby. We ordered 2 uber black cars but only one showed and Brittany was there to help with transportation of the wedding party from the hotel to the venue. My florist fell short and did not put flowers on the cake as discussed. Britanny jumped in and did an impromptu cake decoration. Any stress I may have experienced was fleeting as Brittany was there to fix all things immediately. As our day of coordinator, she was truly an asset to our day. My only regret is that I didn’t have a wedding planner and that it wasn’t Brittany”

There is so much that goes into a wedding day that having someone to guide you is of utmost importance. Having Deanna and her team specifically was the best decision we ever made. They are absolutely STELLAR at what they do and did an amazing job for us every single step of the way to and on our wedding day. We had the Day-Of Coordination & Wedding Management package that starts 2 months before the wedding. Deanna was extremely organized, paid attention to every little detail, was extremely supportive & honest with me in the months leading up and handled all coordination with my venue vendors. This alleviated so much stress as we got closer to the wedding. On the day of the wedding she took care of EVERYTHING from start to finish, calmed my nerves, was the go-to person, and made sure everything was being taken care of allowing both me and my husband to be fully present and enjoy our day. “I wish I had hired Alexa sooner!! She is extremely organized and professional. From our first conversation on the phone I felt less stressed about the day. She has great attention to detail and thought of every possible question. I had several vendors who were coming throughout the day and she contacted them and confirmed everything in the week leading up. She even noticed a possible issues with delivery for one of them and fixed it without us needing to get involved at all. She did set up and take down of our decor and everything was exactly as I envisioned. We had an audio guest book and she made sure to get people to use it and that the older crowd had some help with it. Which was very important to us. She made sure the day ran smoothly so we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day with our guests. By the end of the day even the guests and vendors were telling us how wonderful she is. We definitely agree and highly recommend her.”
