Any hiccups that happened she took care of without having my husband and I getting involved to worry. “We truly can't recommend Taylor and her team enough!! I thought I could do it all without a coordinator and ended up hiring her a little over 60 days before our wedding, and I am SO glad I did!!! From the moment we booked, Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and reassuring. Every time we had a question, she had an answer, and she made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. About a week before the wedding, I remember asking her on our final planning call if there was anything I still needed to do or if I needed to reach out to any vendors. She smiled and said, "Nope, everything has been taken care of." Looking back now, I can't imagine trying to manage all of the last-minute details while also communicating with every vendor, confirming timelines, and making sure everything came together. Taylor handled it all behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the final week before our wedding instead of stressing. On the wedding day, Taylor wasn't feeling well (she even got an IV!), but you never would have known it. She was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. We didn't have to answer a single vendor question because she had everything under control. She bustled my dress, helped fix my hair before the after-party, made sure we always had food and drinks, kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, handled every setup and cleanup detail with her amazing team, and brought our vision to life exactly as we imagined. “Working with Korina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right fit for us. She is so warm, relatable, genuine, and easy to talk to, and our styles aligned so well. We chose the partial planning package, but Korina truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire year. She was there for every question, decision, and detail. I have a very hard time making decisions, and Korina was amazing at helping me narrow things down based on what best aligned with our overall vision. One of the biggest advantages of working with her is how well-connected she is within the San Diego wedding industry. Her package included monthly check-ins and access to Aisle Planner, which kept us organized and on track throughout the entire planning process. Her packages also include using decor in her inventory which was another huge perk! The wedding day: Jenn and Steven were amazing to work with. I DIY'ed all my florals, and I greatly appreciated their help in executing this (i.e. efficiently transporting 100 floral arrangements from my hotel to the venue the morning of the wedding as well as arranging them at the venue). I also want to highlight Jenn's calm presence and exceptional problem-solving skills. A few unexpected issues came up involving our vows and my dress, but Jenn quickly stepped in with thoughtful solutions. I can confidently say she saved the day multiple times. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. “10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! Thank you so much for making this day run smoothly. Best day ever !”

“Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! “We had the absolute best experience with Sweet Blossoms, and especially with Emily as our wedding planner. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, organized, and truly cared about making our day exactly what we envisioned. In the months leading up to the wedding, Emily went above and beyond—coordinating with all of our vendors and setting up multiple check-in meetings with us to walk through timelines, seating, and every detail. That level of organization and communication made such a difference and gave me so much confidence going into the day knowing everything would be taken care of. On the wedding day, everything was seamless, largely because of Emily and her team. What really stood out was how they handled an unexpected curveball: it started raining during our reception. Within what felt like minutes, they moved everything indoors and completely transformed the space. It was incredible to watch how quickly and calmly they pulled everything together, and the new setup was still so beautiful. Despite the weather, our night didn’t feel disrupted at all—it was just as special, fun, and memorable as we had hoped. Emily made sure everything kept flowing and that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I can’t recommend Emily and the Sweet Blossoms team enough. “My husband and I were blown away by the service provided by Heart and Sol Events! One of the best decision that we ever made was hiring them for day of coordination. Dre made the overwhelming process of wedding planning fun, easy and truly enjoyable. She is personable, down to earth and has a true passion for what she does. Her knowledge and experience in the field shoes. Dre and her team were there for us throughout the process and we could not have done it without them! A special thank to our day of coordinator, Denies Drum! We can't even begin to explain how blessed we were to have her be a part of our day. Denise was kind, genuine and radiated this calming presence that she carried with her throughout the planning process. She was involved in every detail from leading meetings with our vendors, to ceremony site reviews and setup, and even to discussing details about hair and dresses. She was patient and took the time to understand our vision and then was able to execute that vision with grace. Denise made herself available for several meetings via phone and in person with vendors to coordinate comprehensive schedules so that everyone was on the same page. I am positive that her attention to details and her continuous open line of communication is what made things run so smoothly on our wedding day. (If something went wrong or unplanned my husband and I had absolutly no idea because the Heart and Sol team had it all under control). “My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”
