We interviewed multiple planners - while other planners took their time and tentatively/slowly gathered information and threw out tentative ideas, Ani even in our first interview meeting took control, gathered our preferences and laid out a plan and timeline regarding our wedding - we immediately knew that she was head and shoulders above all the other wedding planners and it had to be her. From then on, it was efficient, smooth, and productive. Ani would have regular meetings with us, keeping us on schedule with all the tasks and prioritizing each in sequence for us. She drew on her wealth of experience and connections planning weddings in this area, giving us multiple great options that we had to simply pick from (saving us the time of doing our own research). She accompanied us to every venue visit and helped us with negotiations and planning down to every single detail, making sure every small detail was in place, even multiple things we never even considered or thought of. As the wedding drew closer, neither my wife nor I felt any anxiety, because we felt completely comfortable that Ani had planned and thought of every detail possible. The wedding ultimately ended up being absolutely everything we could have dreamed of - beautiful, smooth, and at the same time reflecting each of our personal characters that we had conveyed to her early on. Ani was there personally shepherding everyone and making sure everything went off without a hitch. Multiple wedding guests even specifically came up to us unprompted and told us how professional and organized Ani was throughout the entire evening, even after the main wedding/ceremony was over. We could not have asked for a better dream wedding, it was perfect down to the last detail. We could not have done it without Ani. “My friends and family know that I am a perfectionist and can't relax unless things are running smoothly. From our initial phone call with Sarah, I knew that she was the perfect person to bring our dream wedding weekend to life. Her goal was to know our vision, understand our style, and execute so that we could enjoy the night and not have to think about anything the day of. It's safe to say that was a success - I was the most "chill bride" all weekend long and that was entirely because of the care and detail that Sarah put into every second of our weekend. We brought Sarah on towards the end of our planning process (3 months before the wedding), and although everything was perfect, I wish we started working together sooner. Sarah is calm, organized, SO easy to talk to, and allowed us to be ourselves throughout the planning process. Her expertise guided us the whole way while still ensuring that every detail was unique to us. She worked to build a package around what we needed the most support with to ensure that we had no gaps in our prep/day of planning and coordination. Being that we found most of our own vendors before hiring Sarah, she was the perfect person to pull them all together with her collaborative personality, stress-free nature and smile! Sarah attended floral meetings, tastings, final prep calls with each vendor and answered every email, text and phone call filled with countless questions. We had a master timeline and checklist to make sure we stayed on top of everything from final vendor payments to "purchase hangers for bridesmaid pajamas." Fast forward to the wedding weekend... Sarah coordinated all of our venue / rehearsal dinner / hotel item drop offs and made sure that all of the buses ran smoothly. She planned every minute of the wedding day, and the schedule ran like clockwork, while Sarah and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. They were exactly where they needed to be at EVERY twist and turn - it was so impressive and all due to Sarah's organizational skills and incredible communication with her team. Sarah even did a full item by item inventory check at my parents house for the pre-wedding pick up (and post-wedding drop off). Anything that did not go according to plan, Sarah confidently took charge, found a solution, and then let me know about it (just for awareness - not for us to take any action). For example, there was a miscommunication with the florals in my bouquet - Sarah knew immediately that this was not what I wanted and before I could even get out the words, she calmly said "I know this is not what you asked for, but don't worry at all. This is an easy fix and I will work with the florist to make it right!" Because of Sarah I was truly a stress free bride and we had the BEST TIME at our own wedding. No wedding is too big or too small and no idea is too unrealistic for Sarah to bring to life. We miss the planning process mostly because we don't have an excuse to talk to Sarah multiple times each week. Sarah truly became like family to us and we can't recommend her enough!!”

(Minus the midnight dash to that pumpkin carriage, of course) Well, here we are! We're all about fine-tuning logistical timelines and sweating the small stuff, so that you don't have to.

“We could not have pulled off our wedding without Laurie and Lina!! Their expertise and guidance from the very beginning made the planning process go so much smoother. We made things more difficult for ourselves by "breaking the script" (hiring a DIY venue and 2 food trucks to supply the dinner) but Laurie and Lina helped us navigate it all. They were the perfect buffers when it came to unresponsive or uncooperative vendors. On the day of the wedding, we got SO many compliments about how nice our planners are and how beautiful everything was. Towards the end of the planning process we were messaging Laurie almost every day and she always had the best attitude and sense of humor! Lina helped the day come to life and even provided the floral services through her company, Floral Soiree. She took my photo inspiration and pulled together the most gorgeous arrangements that exceeded my expectations! All in all, we owe everything to Nomade Weddings. If you are thinking of hiring them - DO IT! It will be the best, easiest decision you make throughout this wedding planning process.”
