“We don’t often write reviews, but Linsey, Leah, and Martina were too incredible to not leave one. Linsey and Leah explained their attention to detail and years of experience that has shaped how they coordinate a wedding and we felt so at ease with their guidance. We got married in July 2025 at the Athenaeum at Caltech in Los Angeles where they’d worked before. Linsey joined us for a session in person at our venue and had such valuable insight. Our best wedding decision was asking her last minute to help coordinate our Indian welcome party of 200 guests and our only wedding regret was not booking them for a longer period! Their swift decision-making and organization was stellar: they printed schedules for our bridal party, caught a huge seating chart snafu day-of and fixed it on their own, used the emergency kit to sew a button that unexpectedly popped off a tux or bribe the ring bearer with a fruit snack, and remembered my veil which I’d forgotten in the rush!! They navigated assertive parents involved with planning with unflustered supervision and knew how to deescalate smoothly. I’ve seen other wedding planners refuse to do many tasks, so I remember being so grateful seeing Linsey help steam my wedding gown on her knees, constantly bring us food and water, and even put all our belongings in the bridal suite at the end of the night together for us to leave the venue without having to pack up - something so often overlooked. Our guests are still raving about how professional, helpful, and kind they were and how seamlessly the weekend was because of them! Most of all, they are kind, compassionate people who know how to get the job done while being a total joy to work with, which is critical as you spend the most amount of your wedding day with them by your side! “Brittney was amazing! So we started our wedding planning journey by spending TWO, just TWO days trying to save money and do it ourselves, and by the second day our heads were hurting and we were exhausted. We gave in and decided to search for a wedding planner. We tried over a few days, and she was the third and final interview. We booked her that night! She was SO professional and worth the investment! Before we had even paid her, the night we booked her, she even messaged a venue for us that we had already booked but changed our minds about! Brittney was so efficient, we booked her at the end of January of 2022, by mid February she already found and helped us book our ideal venue, by the beginning of March she booked our photographer! By mid-April, she helped me find and design my dream wedding dress all in one visit! In-between, we had all the big and small details done, and our wedding wasn’t going to be until November! She even helped us find an all-inclusive venue to have our secret ceremony before the big wedding, and kept it a secret the whole time! She was even so gracious and patient with us during difficult seasons in our personal lives, and help take on difficult dealings with the venue, as well as when we ended up pushing our wedding out to the following year instead of the year we originally wanted. She listens to your vision, executes it without fail, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to making sure your event is exactly what you want, even down to ensuring you’re getting your money’s worth with vendors and overseeing if you’re being overcharged. She truly builds her business in caring about the level of service she provides, making everything leading up to and including your special day as stress-free as possible. Even on the wedding day when I as the bride was feeling down, she sat with me as a friend and helped encourage me throughout the moments leading up to me walking down the aisle. “Context Me (31) and my (now Husband, 36) are pretty much still kids and literally have no idea how weddings work (or how to adult in general). After careful yet impulsive decisions, we decided to have a wedding and we wanted to do it right since it would be our only adult achievement. Review, bear with me because im bad with words I accidentally found Dani on here because "Unicorn" caught my attention and she was in my budget, more so she offered way more than other Coordinators who were charging more! When I interviewed her, she was super transparent & straight forward it (which was i loved) and she was super nice & considerate to work out a game plan/deal given our lack of time left and funds. And her happily willing to help us even though we live 2hrs apart is dedication! Dani is beyond nice, flexible, respectful, funny, super easy to get along with. She was very relatable & accepting, open minded of both me/my husband's ways of thinking, our humor, etc.. plus, she has experience with the Gamer Lifestyles so she was very happy to communicate with us through Discord any time we needed. No words can express how creative & tough Dani is. She provided many ideas like things i didnt think of, helped bring my ideas to life and work with things I made. She had a huge selection of decor we could borrow, plus She even put her blood, sweat, & tears into making alot of other decor for us! (Custom signs, custom lanterns, my custom bouquet, Custom Mirror/Guest Seating Chart List, etc). All of my family & friends in my wedding party and even my guests loved her personality, and appreciated how creative she was with the wedding (and tough with the vendors, especially the many random bystanders who almost interrupted our ceremony haha). I cannot emphasize how much i admire her talent of working Amazing under stress & fast paced environments, handling like 100 things at once, and knowing how to be a leader and make sure everything runs smoothly. Of course there was a couple of bumps here and there due to the venue, her printer, us being human, availability of decor/materials, etc, but she quickly adapted and our guests said they would have never guessed they said our wedding was just so perfect! I would definitely love to have Dani help me whenever I have an event again, no questions asked. Even my grandparents want to Hire her when they redo their vows for their anniversary lol We will never be able to express how grateful we are to have met & have help from Unicorn Wings & Amazing Things! P.S. we both used Ai to help give us inspo and visualize things, but we were all educated/had enough common sense to know how Ai works and that real life will never compare. and not everything is always in our control! Our guests said Dani and our wedding was PERFECT irregardless of whatever issues arised. WE ARE HUMAN AND LIFE HAPPENS”

“I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. Aside from Megan being super helpful, she has such a great personality and flowed well with our crazy family. Thank you Megan for all of your help and hard work, our day could not have been as beautiful and PERFECT (not one thing went wrong) without you!! You’re the best!”

“I want to thank Mandy , Doris and their team for all their hard work over the past few months. I cannot have such an amazing wedding without their help. They delivered beyond my expectation on every single detail. When I was looking for planners/coordinators, Mandy and Doris explained to all my lengthy questions patiently and timely. I know I am a picky person. ;) They made the conversation very warm from the beginning, I could feel they put all their hearts into it , they are trying to help a friend of them, instead of just a client. I also had questions if it really worth to hire wedding planner or should I just DIY since I have time. YES, it worth every ! During our planning process to the end of the wedding. I realize Mandy can quickly get what we want for our wedding, and communicate with vendors more efficiently more accurately using their wedding professional languages. :) this will avoid a lot of unnecessary back and forth discussion, and most importantly, to avoid any miscommunication. We didn’t choose the usual wedding venues. I didn’t realize this later add a lot of extra work for them to plan for the logistics, to coordinate and to execute the plan. But they made it! Every single detail… I cannot love more I was joking this with my friends— while my husband was tied up on his job, I felt I was marrying Mandy and Doris , I felt they were holding my hands, gave me more support and made me relaxed when we need to make 1000 decisions on the wedding details within 2 months. The wedding day has been unbelievably smooth!!! I have been to many weddings and I told myself, if anything happens, it is okay! If we run late for something, it is okay! But my concern was unnecessary, my day has been so smooth so relaxed!!! This cannot be achieved without Doris and her coordination team. “Working with the Joyfully Co team from the initial call when we were still on the hunt for a planner to execution has been great. We first talked to Hannah who was very kind and patient in answering our questions as we better understood expectations of wedding planning and the packages Joyfully Co had to offer. We never felt pressure from Hannah to hire them as our planner and she made us feel heard and seen. We ended up working with them and booked the 'Love' package which focused on designing our wedding with month & day of coordinating with their founder, Blaire! We booked them pretty early on and once things picked up they were great to work with. We worked a lot with Blaire (our main planner), Hannah and Sharon! All 3 ladies were so helpful and great in communication - which was what I really valued and appreciated a lot. The whole planning process for the design was so smooth. They asked us for a pinterest board of our inspo, then created a proposal slide deck on designs - and that's when I realized their attention to detail was crazy. I had an image that I liked and they thought I wanted it down to the tee, like wanting a chest for the card box, which they even FOUND a site of where I could buy one! Because we went with the Love package - we were responsibly to book our vendors, but they went above and beyond & recommended us vendors we had a hard time finding (like photography, cake, HMUA). We ended up going with a lot of their recommendations and LOVED them all! Months leading up to the wedding, the meetings picked up and check-ins came more. They guided us well and really wrote down every detail we (mainly me lol) wanted. They were sooo patient and offered so many different designs for signage! They made sure everything was something we're happy with, and if we wanted any changes - they'd make them asap. The day of was so smooth - I found myself hardly seeing them except a few times or when Blaire would give us the cue or ask us if we needed anything. I feel planners & coordinators don't get enough recognition as they work behind the scenes but they were fantastic. I don't even know if there were any problems that happened day of - which was great! We were pretty stress free and any last minute changes they'd ask us to make sure it's okay or not. I truly don't know how they can be under all that stress and still smile and make things look so easy. They placed all our DIY stuff beautifully and helped package everything back into our boxes by the end of the night - AND even into our cars! I legit have nothing missing!! We were so happy to see everything come together - literally my pinterest board come to life! The entire team always made us feel seen and heard - and would give us their advice if we were stuck on whether something worked or not. They worked well giving cues to our other vendors (like DJ for announcements) the day of and I do think because of their help - the day was perfect. Highly recommend them for your wedding planning needs! I'm sure no matter what package you end up, whether its full planning to even just month-of, you'll be very happy with the results. “My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

From the very beginning, she took the time to customize a package that fit exactly what we were looking for instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer the random questions we sent her. She met with us over Zoom several times and even met with our officiant beforehand, which helped her feel more comfortable and confident going into the ceremony. She thought of so many details we never would have considered and offered suggestions that truly elevated our day. She also communicated with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and that everything ran smoothly. At the rehearsal, she kept everything organized and made sure everyone understood their roles so we could relax. On our wedding day, she made sure we felt calm and could truly enjoy every moment. She brought our vision to life, placing everything where we had envisioned while adding thoughtful touches that made it even more beautiful. She even made last-minute prints to fill an empty cork board and displayed our names and wedding date on the TV in a way that perfectly matched our theme. Her dedication didn’t end after the wedding. Even though it wasn’t included in our contract, she came back the next day to make sure everything was returned where it was supposed to be. That level of care meant so much to us. We are so grateful for her hard work, creativity, and support. She made our wedding day seamless, beautiful, and stress-free, and we would recommend her without hesitation to any couple looking for a thoughtful and reliable coordinator.”

She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. “So blessed to have Joey for our June wedding with lavender theme. Highest ROI florist in SoCal if not the whole country! Love her genuine care about our style and budget, her effective communication, her attention to details, especially her efforts to go extra mile to ensure a perfect wedding. Besides arranging flowers, Joey also helped with cake decoration, table card distribution, seating chart placement with her own mirror and waxing seals etc., leaving us full peace of mind before and during the wedding day. She didn’t charge extra labor cost for loading/unloading, unlike other florists we quoted, and we need to thank her husband for the logistics part too! Joey also solved the emergency caused by the church runner I bought. Luckily she offered to help set up the runner and found about the wrong size the day before she took the folded runner out for ironing. Although I didn’t use her service as planner or coordinator of the wedding, I can tell how awesome she will be when she wears those hats. Hope more brides-to-be can get to know her before signing with other florists & planners.”
