“I truly wish I could upload more than 10 photos just to show how perfect CityLux Events made our wedding weekend. From big to small details - cocktail hour, signature cocktails and menu design to florals, décor, hair and makeup schedules, transportation, seating, themes, clean-up, payment, contracts, vendor coordination, and all the little details you don’t even realize go into a wedding—they thought of everything. CityLux helped us plan our intimate, 30-person, two-day wedding weekend, including our at-home ceremony, a private dinner in Boston, brunch the next morning, and an at-home hibachi celebration. From beginning to end, everything was seamless. They coordinated our vendors, seating, table placement, florals, décor, silverware, timelines, and even last-minute replacements and adjustments. Every vendor worked together, everything was on time, and not a single detail felt out of place. Our planner, Allie, was truly incredible. She went above and beyond at every step—from helping us find our amazing videographer through CityLux and offering beautiful décor recommendations to organizing meetings, managing schedules, and making sure every final detail was taken care of. She has an incredible eye, is exceptionally detail-oriented, and, above all, is such a kind and humble person. She is an executor and will get it DONE!! The greatest compliment I can give CityLux is that our wedding was the most relaxed I have ever felt hosting an event. I never imagined I would say that about my own wedding! Because Allie and the team had everything handled, we could simply be present, enjoy our families and friends, and take in every moment. Before the Wedding, Garbriella kept us on track; regularly checking in and suggesting next steps to ensure we stayed ahead of everything wedding planning. Her knowledge was essential in discussing quotes with vendors, making major decisions, and keeping us calm as the big date approached. During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Planning team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. “Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. “The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning and designing process was astounding. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. The AMC Weddings Team (thank you also to Pascale, Lauren, and Macey!) blended in during our wedding day so seamlessly. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. “How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. “We used Victoria and her team as the Day of Coordinator for my daughter's wedding on 8/30/2025 at the Fairmont Copley in Boston. We got so much more than just a DOC. She helped all along the way with planning, keeping us on task and was very receptive to emails. She was an incredible wealth of information. Most importantly, on the big day she took care of EVERYTHING so that I, as the MOB and wedding coordinator, did not have to do or think of ANYTHING. Victoria is professional, knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, and makes you feel fully at ease.I am so glad we hired her and could not recommend her more highly. “I genuinely do not even know where to begin when it comes to Noelle because there are not enough words to explain how incredible she is. From the VERY beginning of my wedding planning process over a year ago, she handled absolutely everything and more. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. She guided me through every decision while still making me feel like the wedding truly reflected me and my husband. And the professionalism? Insane. The organization? Insane. The patience? Saint level. She worked with my budget and constantly gave me options to still achieve the luxury, elegant look I wanted without making me feel pressured to spend beyond my means. She found almost all of my vendors, and every single one of them was phenomenal. The amount of compliments I still receive from guests weeks and months later about how beautiful, organized, and seamless my wedding was honestly speaks for itself. But what REALLY blew me away was wedding day itself. When I tell you I did not have a single worry in the world, I mean it. Noelle and her team handled EVERYTHING. She was genuinely a rockstar from beginning to end. At one point she literally did my late night McDonald’s run herself while her assistants stayed behind making sure me, my bridal party, and my family had everything we needed. Who does that?! That level of care is so rare. She treated my wedding like it was just as important to her as it was to me. Not only did she become my wedding planner, but over this past year she truly became someone so special to me and my family. My family and friends could not stop complimenting her professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and calming presence. I literally had my mom’s friends texting me asking for her information because they were so blown away by her. Noelle made wedding planning FUN. She made it exciting instead of stressful. Honestly, she makes me want to plan another wedding tomorrow just to work with her again. I’m truly going to miss our hours-long meetings spent perfecting every little detail because it all paid off in the most unbelievable way. I can confidently say my wedding would NOT have been what it was without her. She gave me the wedding of my dreams and more, and I will forever be grateful that I trusted her to guide me through one of the biggest moments of my life.
