Katie was great to work with in the card design process, and took and feedback and ideas I had and came up with a design we loved! She asked what things were important to us and curated a wedding day timeline that made sure the day included all of the elements that were most important to us. She was also great at communicating with our vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page.

I got married on 05/23/25 and hiring Brittney as our wedding planner was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, Brittney brought an incredible mix of professionalism, creativity, knowledge, and enthusiasm. Brittney truly listened to my partial vision that I had and somehow turned it into something even more magical than I imagined. Every detail — from the timeline, the vendor coordination, to the little surprise touches — was flawlessly executed. It felt like she was always five steps ahead, handling everything behind the scenes so we could relax and enjoy every moment. && Let me not mention the communication was phenomenal. Sis was always very responsive, I never had an issue here. On the big day, we didn’t have to worry about anything. I did not have an official decorator for my wedding, only a florist and SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH DECORATING MY RECEPTION AREA. She also used walkie talkies on the day of to communicate with the wedding party and it worked out REALLY REALLY REALLY WELL. She gave us "get ready" reminders which was helpful and made the day move smoothly. Our timeline was seamless and she had EVERYTHING you needed for your BIG DAY in case you forgot anything. She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive. If you're looking for someone who is not only incredibly organized, a great communicator, talented but also genuinely kind, warm, and invested in making your day unforgettable, Brittney IS THAT GIRL!!! My husband and I are forever grateful for Brittney and we highly, highly recommend her!

Hiring a wedding planner is one of the first decisions we made during the wedding planning process. We needed a planner that knows how to stand on business and deal with logistics for a ginormous crowd (300), but also be someone that can vibe with us because they'll be dealing with all our shenanigans during the planning process on the day of the wedding. We went through a handful of wedding planner consultations before we met with Carina and after meeting her - it was definitely wedding-planner-love at first sight! And it was the best decision we made! During the year long planning process, Carina was able to lay out the whole process so we never felt rushed. She also designed our whole wedding beautifully, because neither I nor my now husband have a single artistic bone in our body. Aside from her impeccable planning skills, she is just a delightful person to be around who sincerely just loves what she does and bringing her couples vision to life (while staying reasonably under budget). She took what is usually a stressful process and made it as fun as you can make wedding planning. My now husband and I didn't think there was any way we could have our 300 Vietnamese wedding without any major bumps (just due to the sheer number of people), but thanks to Carina and her wedding magic, we had the most beautiful perfect day! We couldn't have had our perfect day without her!

We are so grateful and glad that we found Myesha at Belton Bliss Events for our wedding. From the first moment we met her, we had a gut feeling that she was the right person to help us, and we were so right. Our wedding was pretty big (140 people) with lots of moving parts, and Myesha was integral to it being the best wedding we could have ever asked for. Our guests raved about how smooth and fun everything was, and we stayed ahead of schedule for almost the entire day. When I asked her mid-day if anything catastrophic had happened, she said "I would never tell you if it had" and I trusted her completely to handle anything that came up. And she did! As a testament to how wonderful Myesha is, and how she will go above and beyond for her couples: At the end of the night, we left the venue for our after party... and about an hour later, we realized Myesha had walked over to tell us that we'd left our cake and leftover food behind! We were prepared to send a family member to grab it, but Myesha instead got our hotel key, ran across town and delivered everything to our room so it was there when we got back from our after-party. Even when I woke up at 4 am on the wedding day with an idea for something I wanted to make happen, she said "Don't worry about it" and made it happen. We love Myesha, and you cannot go wrong hiring her!

We can’t thank Micah enough for guiding us through this wedding process! We booked her for the day of package, since I (bride) had a work history that overlapped with event decor. I can’t recommend booking her enough, even if you think you’ve “already got this”— she has a ton of insight and protected us from getting too stressed over anything. She went above and beyond her stated duties and we felt so fortunate. She held our hands when we needed it, but also gave us the flexibility and room to make our own creative decisions. That being said- her design instincts are broad for any theme, and absolutely gorgeous. Her team is fabulous too- very professional, detail oriented. Brianna was such a pleasure to work with. I hired her for her day-of coordination as I planned my wedding myself. It was a small, pretty minimalist wedding with 40 guests, but having Brianna coordinate with the vendors, and lead the rehearsal and wedding day was a huge relief during a stressful planning process. She was flexible with helping us plan our timeline earlier than usual and asked us all of the questions that wouldn’t have ever occurred to me. She was super supportive and communicative and helped find me vendors and just so patient with us. Scheduling meetings through her website was a breeze! Being able to see her availability without going back and forth or waiting for confirmations was super helpful. Brianna was a huge help when we learned we couldn’t store our decor at the venue the day before, so after the rehearsal at the venue, she stashed all the decor in her car. The day of our wedding, Brianna and her assistant put the dinner tables exactly as I had shown her, but I was really impressed with how she used our leftover decor for our guestbook table, gift table, and even the bar! It all felt really cohesive and I was impressed by her creativity and her ability to improvise. Brianna was so reassuring and on top of everything and she really made our day run as smoothly as possible!

Wedding planning felt like a natural calling once I realized I could combine my love for celebrations with my knack for lists, spreadsheets, and problem-solving. I approach each couple like a trusted friend, creating a calm, supportive planning experience so you can truly enjoy your engagement and wedding day.

We had an amazing experience with Carolina Event Masters. We had Kenzie as our coordinator as well as two amazing assistants. We had a 7-month engagement and got married December 20, 2025 for a wedding in Henderson, NC with about 100 people in attendance. We found CEM through a NC brides Facebook page when we posted looking for day-of coordinators. CEM had several options for what level of support we needed and we went with the middle option - it comprised, in brief, day-of coordination and running the rehearsal, assistance finding a few vendors, and several planning meetings. The level of service we received was what I'd expect from a planner more than a coordinator. CEM wasn't there to show up the day-of and motion to the piano to start playing. They coordinated in advance every moment of the day to make sure it went smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. Not only did they get the contact info of all the vendors for emergencies, but they confirmed every policy and communicated with them in advance to make sure they knew what to expect. They toured the church and reception venue to make sure they were familiar with the spaces. Not only did they helped with what we asked about, but they asked questions to help us avoid making last-minute decisions or missing things that were important to us that we hadn't thought about. For ex., they asked about what we wanted to happen with the flowers after the reception. They also gave us advice based on their experience. For ex., recommending we list the table assignments by last name. The rehearsal was very professional and pleasant - they were very prompt and made sure to go through everything thoroughly. The day of the wedding they split up between church/reception venue. EVERYTHING was either on-time or early all day. They went above and beyond to help set up the reception - something we definitely didn't expect from a coordinator. Our reception venue had staff that set the tables etc., and we had a florist, but CEM reviewed everything, made sure the placecards/kids bags/high chiars were in the right place down to the chair, etc. They also were familiar with the type of photobooth we rented and they set it up entirely for us. All this set up and more was just way beyond what we expected and extremely helpful. We could tell they were invested in making everything beautiful and perfect. Sarah also took several beautiful photos for us - a complete surprise and very special treat. One of our favorite photos from the night was one she took of our first dance. This also gave us a sneak peak into what the reception looked like before anyone had arrived! (All attached photos are from her). We had an issue with our seating chart and they saved the day - long story short it was going to be delivered AFTER the wedding and we thought we were out of luck. I mentioned the issue to Kenzie and when I arrived from the church after the ceremony I saw the seating chart in the doorway before our entry! She had ordered it, picked it up, and set it up for us. I don't know how she did it, but she did, and it was so thoughtful and touching that she would put in that extra effort on top of everything they had on their plates. I could go on and on but I hope this reflects just some of what CEM did for our wedding and how thrilled we were with them. They are a lovely group of people. If we HAD to cut any cost or change any vendor, they would be last on the list. It was perfect.
