Hi, I'm Ally! I'm a seasoned event planner pivoting to weddings because your love is way more fun than KPI's, am I right? I'm organized enough to have a spreadsheet for everything and flexible enough to laugh when the timeline shifts. My background in professional event planning means I come in with real experience, real vendor relationships, and a calm, supportive presence that makes the whole process ~actually~ feel fun. I'm equal parts organized and adaptable: I care deeply about every detail, and when something unexpected comes up (and it always does), I handle it quietly and move on. What I really want is for you to feel completely taken care of, so you can be fully present and actually enjoy the day you've been planning for so long. If you decide to go with my planning services, I want you to know that I'm your wedding planning ride or die! Outside of event planning and weddings, you can catch me hosting weekly trivia at my local diner, working as a floral shop assistant, or chilling at home with my husband, Nathan, and our 90lb labs, Tobey & Cooper.

Description

Small doesn't mean simple and intimate doesn't mean unplanned. Whether you're dreaming of a 10-person dinner, a backyard ceremony, or just the two of you somewhere beautiful, I'm here to make sure every detail is taken care of and the whole thing feels *exactly* right. Elopements and micro-weddings start at $2,000. Let's figure out what you need and build from there.

This is for the couple who wants a true partner throughout the planning process! Full-service planning means you get me for the whole journey: the big decisions, the tiny details, and everything in between. On your wedding day, your only job is to be present. Mine is to make sure there isn't a single loose end. :)

You've already done the hard part: the vendors are booked, the vision is set. Now you just need someone to bring it all home. Starting in the final stretch, I'll step in to tie up every loose end, manage your vendor communications, build out your timeline, and run the show on your wedding day so you don't have to think about a single thing.

1-3 months out, I'll get fully up to speed on your vision, connect with all your vendors, and make sure everyone is on the same page before we ever get to wedding day. When the day arrives, I'm the one with the timeline, the walkie, and the answers, so you get to just show up and get married :)

    Engagement Surprise !

    Allison planned my surprise engament on New Years Eve 2024. With limited time (pivot surprise from my now husband at a moment our families were all together) Allison pulled together an amazing night I will never forget. She organized food, guests, kept everyone in the loop all while maintaining a surprise for me while I was present. On top of this I ended up incredibly sick that night, and yet everything went off without a hitch, and despite feeling horrible the magic of the night stands out to me more, which I credit to Allison. Further I have attended other events planned by her, from bachelorettes to weddings. Something I admire most is how flexible she is, so that any issue that arises (as something always does) she manages it without causing stress to the couple / host. She is meticulous, has a wonderful sense of style / aesthetics, and totally understands and brings forth the vision. She’s warm and has a great sense of humor, which helps erase the stress of planning an event. I couldn’t recommend Allison more!

    Best wedding planner ever!

    Ally is wonderful, warm, and organized! She is thorough in her work making sure all the little details needed for any event are thought of and taken care of! Events and wedding related activities are her bread and butter - Ally truly made planning my bachelorette (my Type A self wanted to make all the decisions and let my bridesmaids just enjoy) and my wedding shower seem easy and effortless. Ally helped me throw two major wedding related events where my vision was executed flawlessly. I am very grateful that Ally will be there on my wedding day because I know anything that could go wrong will be handled without me even being notified. Couldn’t recommend more if I tried! Yes! If you're interested in having an extra hand in planning your rehearsal dinner or any other wedding-related events, I'm happy to offer my help with that. Pricing for these services would be determined on a case-by-case scenario and the level of event execution you're looking for.
No! As a single-person business (with the help of my husband when needed), I would never book myself for two events in one weekend. Each client becomes my sole focus for the dates I'm booked for, and that's to ensure I can provide my undivided attention to each event.
I'm currently based in Brooklyn, NY, but will be moving back to Atlanta, GA by early 2027. For 2027 weddings, I will happily travel for both NY and GA weddings, and can be available for any East Coast destinations.
