We were so impressed by the whole Stroudsmoor team; they were attentive and accommodating with all of our questions and concerns and worked with us to make us comfortable throughout the process. On our wedding day, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were right there and ready with fans to cool us off, drinks without us even asking, and made us feel so special throughout the entire celebration. The Ridgecrest site was absolutely stunning, with its beautiful, idyllic, and natural setting that still felt accessible and comfortable, even on the 85 degree day at the end of June. The shade came over the space perfectly, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable environment for our guests. Stroudsmoor truly provided incredible value and a wedding experience that exceeded all of our expectations.

Having our wedding at Bay Pointe was to put it simply: perfection. We booked our wedding over a year in advance and from the first few seconds that we stepped in for our tour of the venue, we were in love. Mariesa, our sales manager, was so personable and so accommodating. The entire process leading up to the wedding was so efficient working with Madison. She was so communicative and so easy to work with. All of our changes, questions, recommendations, literally everything - she had an answer to! We always felt so welcomed by the entire staff. Our rehearsal dinner at the Bay Pointe Bar and Grill was beautiful and the staff that night were amazing - they made sure we were doing ok, our family was fed and everyone was having a good time. Lauren, our day of coordinator was excellent at her job. She worked so well with all of our vendors and family. We had the BEST time ever. The value is worth the money you spend. A huge thank you to everyone on the Bay Pointe team who helped us along the way and the weekend of.

Milton Ridge was an incredible place to get married! The beauty of the venue and the inclusive wedding options (i.e. catering, DJ, etc.) made this the absolute perfect place to say, "I do!" The getting ready suites were superb & made the day of preparation before the ceremony seamless. The chapel was so beautiful and such a great little spot off the side of 355. Our guests still comment on the simplicity of how we decorated the chapel, and how beautiful the white walls and natural light streaming in were during the ceremony. I was not sure how we'd get group photos on the property... and our photographers were able to use the beautiful stone and green areas within the venue to capture the most beautiful photos of the bride, groom and the wedding party! Guests are still RAVING about how convenient it was to walk up a few stairs to the cocktail hour AND into the reception. They marveled at the ease... park your car, attend the ceremony and then stay and party all night long until it's time to leave! The reception hall was beautiful; the buffet food was to die for; and Meghan and Brandi ensured that EVERY detail of our wedding day was accounted for, seamless and flowing without any hitch! I cannot recommend Milton Ridge enough! Thank you for making our wedding day the most memorable and BEST day of our lives! We owe it to this team, this venue and their support with planning our wedding every step of the way!

My husband and I had the absolute best experience having our wedding at the Inn at Leola Village. Working with Stephanie and the team was smooth and easy, and the wedding itself was fantastic. We loved every minute, and getting to have everything onsite made the weekend even more special. Tracie, the florist, took my ideas and ran with them to create the perfect atmosphere in the room. The food and drinks were great and all the staff from bartenders to hair and makeup artists to servers were awesome. I couldn't recommend having your wedding here more!

It’s been one month since our wedding and every day I go back to how loved and supported I felt on the best day of my life. The Red Lion Inn played a massive role in that. My husband and I fell in love with the venue the second we stepped foot inside. From the historic inn, to the stunning barn, to the location right in the heart of quaint Cohasset, the Red Lion Inn is the wedding venue you dream about. It seems impossible that anything could out-do the beauty and charm of the venue, but the staff sets the bar even higher. From Krystel, to Andrew, to Nancy, to the MVP Toufiq, I have never felt more spoiled in my life. Every single person that interacted with me and my guests was kind, professional, and generous with their time. On top of the charm and the incredible team, the food is second to none. As a vegetarian, I have been to so many weddings where my meal is an afterthought. But not at Red Lion. Every single thing on the menu was absolutely delicious, including the vegetarian options. Beyond how delicious the food is, they accommodated every single guest and their dietary needs like the pros that they are. Red Lion is worth every penny. If you are lucky enough to be considering this venue, I encourage you to fully commit. We were taken care of like family from the first time we stepped foot in the venue, and it is because of them that our wedding day was the best day of our lives. We already cannot wait to go back and have dinner in the tavern just so we can feel the warmth of that incredible place once more.

Our wedding venue at The Vieux is very versatile. You can choose to get married in front of the mountains up by the gazebo and outside chapel, on the balcony of The Vieux in front of Mt. Le Conte (if it's a small wedding party), in the back yard of The Vieux surrounded by the trees or inside in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Wherever you choose, your wedding will be unique and just as you choose it to be. We don't charge an exorbitant amount for our venue because we want you to be able to afford to stay at The Vieux and have your wedding all rolled into one at a great price. Some choose to do everything DIY while others choose to have a wedding coordinator, catered food and decorators come to prepare everything for them. Whatever you choose is up to you so it can be your perfect day on The Mustard Seed property at Your Home Away From Home in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The Mustard Seed Venue was breathtaking! It was so cozy and was perfect to accommodate all of us. I am an outdoor person and so I was right at home. Katherine and Wendell were so helpful and I felt like I’ve known them for years. They were also helpful because we live in Buffalo NY, and they helped us so much with other planning and recommendations etc. It took so much stress off of us. Since I love cooking and baking, it was my dream kitchen and pantry! I wish I could bring it home with me! I brought homemade cookie dough that I made at home to bake there. I also brought a frozen homemade wedding cake and frosting to finish the job over there in their absolutely cozy pantry! Baking the cookies there with my other daughter, who was the maid of honor, made it a very, very memorable family time for me. I will cherish the memories that we had there forever from the day before the wedding all the way to the day after the wedding! The weather also cooperated perfectly! The day was just so blessed! Not only was it a dreamy venue with its beautiful french romantic feel, but truly was a DREAM venue! From the moment we started planning, their team was incredibly communicative and on top of every detail - we didn't even need a wedding planner since they handled so much for us. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and we loved that we could spend the night there with our bridal party and have breakfast together the next morning to recap the night. Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! I used some rental decorations, and the staff made sure to carefully pack everything at the end of the night, so shipping and packing up the following day was easy! We highly recommend Diamond Mills!

Seven ponds was an absolute dream for our wedding. The location itself is breathtaking and gorgeous. To The mountains, the ponds, the farm animals to the tasteful decorations, us and our guests were blown away by the beauty of this venue. Beyond being beautiful, the team at seven ponds farm were incredible. The team is really there for you the whole weekend and to help ensure your wedding is a success. We had several older guests in need of help, and they were driven by a golf cart around the venue which was extremely helpful. The food and drinks were amazing, our guests are still raving about the food. And Maria, was amazing. Our wedding was amazing, and our vision came true, and we couldn’t have done it without the support and help from the team here at seven ponds. We highly recommend this venue and are so thankful to the team there.

romantic sigh... what to say about Juniper. do i start with the incredible and lovely hosts, the stunning ceremony space, the perfectly curated decor, the warm and cozy fireplaces scattered throughout the property, or the gorgeous patio turned reception area? all of these things and more are exactly why my husband and i chose to have our wedding at Juniper. it was the perfect intimate and intentional space we were looking for and we could not be any happier with our decision )

The Publick house was the perfect venue all around. We had our wedding in Paige Hall in December 2023. The seasonal decor was amazing making it feel truly like a hallmark movie. The venue is homey and the grounds are wonderfully maintained. Allison and the team pay such close attention to detail and made my vision come to life. You don’t have to worry about anything. This venue takes care of set up and take down. Your wedding cake is made in house with the baker and they are absolutely delicious! We are so happy to have the Publick House as part of our love story!

The floral arrangements were stunning and left our guests in awe. The food and drinks were phenomenal — especially the chicken parmesan and the blackened petite ribeye. Truly top-tier catering. On the big day, we had the incredible Ms. Brenda as our day-of coordinator. She ran our rehearsal and wedding with military precision — in the best way possible! Her presence was calming, and she had everything under control from start to finish. Jessica, our venue coordinator, was equally amazing - always responsive, professional, and a true support throughout the process. I also wanted to mention that while we opted to spend more on food, beverage, design studio, etc., Flint Hill offers a variety of options for many price points. We never felt pressured by the staff to upgrade or spend more money. Booking Flint Hill was hands down the best investment we made during our wedding planning. Looking for your wedding venue? Look no further! The Graduate was the most exceptional venue for our big day! Planning: Michael was phenomenal from day one. We live out of state and did much of our planning via emails/calls. We were able to see the venue when it worked with our schedule and Michael was quick to respond when we had questions. Michael is great at setting timelines and gives a really easy excel to assist with the food planning. Location: Parking ramp with a skywalk attached and many amenities in walking distance! Our guests had so many compliments about the ease of our location as well as HOW COOL the hotel is. It is so unique and offers something for everyone. We booked the get ready room and that was nice to have the night before and day off for people to meet up in. We also did the Top Golf Suite the morning of and the groomsmen had a blast. Food: The catering package was amazing. Our guests continue to rave about the food. The cocktail hour had amazing snacks! The team even made sure my husband and I got our own plate to enjoy. Dinner was seamless and the portions were huge. No one was left hungry. Our late night pizza was also a hit! Staff: The staff from the front desk, to the bartenders, to the catering team, EVERYONE WAS AMAZING. So kind, always had a smile and there were no hiccups. If we had any questions they were eager to help and kept everything on track. Price: You get a lot for what you pay for. The package included perks as well! Overall: I would get married here again in a heartbeat. My husband and I had so much fun and the entire Graduate team was amazing. Do not overlook this amazing venue!

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space. These venues are often less expensive because you are only paying for the space itself, and you’ll have to bring in outside vendors
