I stayed there for the BTS concert location wise was great for what I needed but let me tell you about the bad part first off. It is $45 per day to park in their parking lot for valet parking. That is nowhere on the website at all yes they will tell you it is, but it is not second off for accidental fee. It is $100 per day that you stay. I know places have accidental fees, but usually it’s a small amount for the whole time you stay not per day. They will also say they’re gonna email you an itemized receipt of your stay. They do not I never did get one. There is food and drinks in your room. The website doesn’t mention any of that for fee but they have a tablet in your room. Be careful as you touch that or you’ll be charged for food drinks the pool closes kinda early at 8pm most stay open 10-11pm and as for the valet people they weren’t that nice there was seem a little snobby or rude when you would ask for your car and one night they picked out my keys and looked at me and said are these your keys? And they would also mess with your stuff inside of your car because I have a duck that does have the middle finger on it. It sits in my car window, they kept tampering with my duck every single time moving it towards the driver not the window like I keep it normally with valet parking, it means they park your car and grab your car for you one of the final nights I stayed. They just handed me my keys and said you can get your car yourself. And for reference you will see in the photos how I keep my duck vs how they moved my duck and they only messed with that duck

I got charged 223 dollars they said for the mini bar. I had one beer and one coke. So that seems very fishy. But other than that great place with nice staff

I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was simply outstanding—welcoming, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The facilities are top-notch, exceptionally clean, and provided everything I needed for a perfect trip. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the staff. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable and pleasant. I have to give a special shoutout to Edwin at the front desk. His level of customer service was truly beyond what anyone would expect. He was attentive, incredibly helpful, and made sure every detail was taken care of with a genuine smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience. I genuinely can't wait to stay here again!

What a delightful stay for our anniversary. Stayed at Caravan in 1979 when we were relocating to Arlington!! It had gone downhill over the years but this renovation while keeping the original ambiance is fantastic. Our room was mid century modern beautiful, the bed was so comfortable! The pool area is awesome and service was amazing. Definitely recommend and will be back!! My only critique at all is that valet is a little pricey for non event stay. Perfect otherwise!!
