Kinn Guesthouse Downtown Milwaukee

We had a large group for a family reunion and this was so perfect for us to mingle and spread out with all the different ages and needs of our group. Centrally located and close to most things. Rooms were big and beautiful. A great place to stay.

This is an amazing guest house. It is in a perfect location in downtown Milwaukee. You can get anywhere you want to be. The rooms are gorgeous! Then on every floor is a beautiful kitchen, dining and living area. Unlike other hotels where you are confined to your room, there are wonderful places to hang out and enjoy time with your group. This place is especially PERFECT for small or large groups. You will LOVE the Kinn Guest Suites

Absolutely terrible experience at Kinn House. I was honestly shocked by the level of customer service I received at the end of my stay. Everything was fine until I spoke with who appeared to be the property manager. I believe his name was Charles, although I'm not completely certain. I was simply trying to understand why I had been charged more than $250 in additional fees, but instead of explaining the charges, he was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and would not let me finish speaking. At one point, he even told me he didn't care what I had to say. What was especially concerning was that once he realized the conversation was being recorded, his attitude changed completely and he suddenly became respectful. That alone spoke volumes about how I was being treated. If you're considering staying here, I would strongly recommend reviewing all potential fees before booking and carefully checking your final bill. My experience with the unexpected charges and the way my concerns were handled left me feeling extremely disappointed. The room itself was decent, which is the only reason I'm not giving the property the lowest possible rating in every category. Another downside was the parking. I prefer hotels with an attached parking garage for convenience and security, and Kinn House does not offer that. Overall, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Only stayed for one night while passing through Milwaukee, but the hotel was very well designed with unique common spaces on each floor: luxury open kitchen, lounge and meeting room spaces.
