Attention to detail
People talked about the food for MONTHS after our wedding. The details matter - they thought of things that had never even occured to me! As we were busy greeting our guests, Steve and Laurie made sure to set aside appetizer plates for my new husband and I. Everything was so delicious all of the apps were gone by the time we made it to our seats just to find two plates placed with care at the head table. At the end of the night, everything was neatly boxed up for us (yes, we got to keep our leftovers!) and they even made a separate container of our pig roast scraps for our dog! I recommend them to anyone for an all around wonderful experience that your guests will talk about long after the celebration day is over.

Emerald City catered our daughters wedding last Saturday 6-20-26. They were very friendly, professional and easy to work with from start to finish and did a fantastic job catering at the venue we chose in Palmyra, WI. Chef Steve hand crafted some special delicious brunch selections for the event based on our daughter & (now son in law's) tastes. Everything was delicious, served at the perfect temperature, set up and delivered on time, their entire staff was very friendly & professional and they cleaned up after themselves without leaving a trace. Laurie's communication was very prompt and responsive during the planning process via texts, emails & phone conversations. There were no hidden fees and the contract was very clear with all charges outlined clearly. I would highly recommend Emerald City Catering for any event! Thank you Steve, Laurie & your wonderful staff for everything!
