Milton Ridge was an incredible place to get married! The beauty of the venue and the inclusive wedding options (i.e. catering, DJ, etc.) made this the absolute perfect place to say, "I do!" The getting ready suites were superb & made the day of preparation before the ceremony seamless. The chapel was so beautiful and such a great little spot off the side of 355. Our guests still comment on the simplicity of how we decorated the chapel, and how beautiful the white walls and natural light streaming in were during the ceremony. I was not sure how we'd get group photos on the property... and our photographers were able to use the beautiful stone and green areas within the venue to capture the most beautiful photos of the bride, groom and the wedding party! Guests are still RAVING about how convenient it was to walk up a few stairs to the cocktail hour AND into the reception. They marveled at the ease... park your car, attend the ceremony and then stay and party all night long until it's time to leave! The reception hall was beautiful; the buffet food was to die for; and Meghan and Brandi ensured that EVERY detail of our wedding day was accounted for, seamless and flowing without any hitch! I cannot recommend Milton Ridge enough! Thank you for making our wedding day the most memorable and BEST day of our lives! We owe it to this team, this venue and their support with planning our wedding every step of the way!

Montfair Resort Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first inquired, their communication was quick, easy, and mostly over email, making the planning process a breeze. The venue itself is truly gorgeous, with sweeping views and lush, soft grass that created a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Victoria, the on-site coordinator, was super hands-on in helping us plan the details, but also gave us the flexibility to put our own personal touches on the day. They provided all the tables and chairs we needed, and even set up beautiful tiki torches along the ceremony field. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and well-executed wedding celebration. The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner was an incredible venue for our wedding in May 2025, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and a genuine pleasure to work with. A special thank you to Cristine, who was absolutely fantastic—organized, attentive, and wonderful throughout the entire planning process. As an out-of-state bride, I truly appreciated her patience in answering countless questions, coordinating meetings and tastings around my trips to the East Coast, and accommodating multiple ceremony traditions as a Middle Eastern bride. With about 100 out-of-town guests, this was the perfect venue for a Memorial Day weekend celebration. The convenient metro access from the airports and into DC, along with the nearby restaurants and shops, made it an ideal location. While every wedding has its hectic moments, the venue and vendor coordination was seamless, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food—especially the steak, which was one of the best we’ve ever had. We are so grateful to the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple.

Waverly Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding. From their professional and simple communication style to the elegant, classic quality of their work, they made our special day unfold seamlessly. The ease of setup was incredible - the Waverly staff had everything ready to go from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception. We were thrilled to be able to do the weekend package, and the rehearsal dinner space was beautifully prepared as well. The day-of coordinator was absolutely perfect, and having the entire venue for the whole weekend made everything so easy. Our family also loved staying in the beautiful cottages and lofts so close to the property. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding.

From our first conversation with Stone Manor Boutique Inn, we knew we had found the right venue. This is the perfect wedding venue if you want a historic venue and have a small to medium wedding! We had about 50 guests, and felt that it was the perfect amount for the space. The Linden Row team was a dream to work with! Alexa was incredibly responsive to all of our emails. Their partnership with Groovin’ Gourmets truly made our planning so much easier as the staff have great relationships and are used to working together. For all that was included, we felt the price was fair, however keep in mind that in the event of rain, you will also need to work with one of their approved tent vendors since there is not an adequate indoor space for a wedding. This is not their fault, but something we wished we talked through more in the early stages of planning! The room blocks were super easy to set up and we were given a log in to track who had already booked a room. For any guests that are staying in the hotel, it was easy for them to get breakfast on site. All of our guests said they loved their stay at Linden Row. There was another event in downtown Richmond the weekend of our wedding, so parking was a challenge, but again, it is not Linden Row’s fault, just something to keep in mind when booking a room or a wedding.

Choosing The Inn at Blackstone as our wedding venue was truly one of the best decisions we made. I grew up in Blackstone, so I already had a connection to the property before it became the gorgeous hotel and event space it is today. Even so, I wasn’t sure a small-town venue could compete with some of the Richmond locations we toured — but we were completely blown away. The Inn is absolutely magical! We instantly fell in love with its blend of historic charm and modern elegance. After seeing iconic spots like the grand front steps, the romantic courtyard, and the magnificent tree on the grounds (lovingly known as Sir James), we knew without a doubt that this was where we wanted to get married. The Inn offers several wedding options to fit couples' needs, but choosing the wedding weekend package was easily the best fit for us. We hosted a welcome party in the courtyard Friday night, spent Saturday getting ready leisurely in the charming suites, and had many guests stay one or two nights with us. Not only was it convenient for everyone, but it also gave us much needed time with family and friends throughout the entire weekend instead of squeezing everything into one day. The Inn’s venue coordinator, Dianna, was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. She answered every single question we had (lots of email chains) and genuinely tried to accommodate all of our requests. She and Mackenzie went above and beyond — helping with logistics, offering thoughtful ideas, supporting us throughout the weekend, and making us feel so cared for during the entire process. We are endlessly grateful to The Inn at Blackstone for giving us the most beautiful, heartfelt wedding weekend we could have imagined.

Kate and all the Viceroy staff were awesome and available to guide as we hosted a small, socially distance and intimate wedding reception. She was always available and flexible. She is the most awesome ambassador for the Viceroy hotels. The hotel was new and well maintained and we loved the outdoor patio where we held our reception. If you are looking a place to host a small outdoor wedding and or reception definitely consider the Viceroy. They heard our concerns and made sure our safety and the safety of our guests was paramount. The food was amazing, definitely try the chicken sandwich!

We had our December wedding at the Park Hyatt and it was perfect. Working with Ildiko was a breeze - we didn't hire a separate wedding planner, and Ildiko was able to run the day and helped to make many of the decisions leading up to the event. Everyone at the Park Hyatt is professional and made the day wonderful -- I was thoroughly impressed every step of the way. The food, to be expected, was phenomenal.

The Westin Georgetown in Washington DC was an incredible venue for our wedding. From the moment we started working with Jordan, the coordinator, we knew we were in good hands. Jordan and the entire Westin team were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, making everything easy and keeping us on a timely schedule. On the day of, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could truly enjoy our special day. The communication with Ashore Resort & Beach Club was good, but the quality of their work and overall value was beautiful. They helped make our wedding day special by providing an on-site ice cream bar that we didn't need to find a separate vendor for. However, they did not have chairs for our outdoor ceremony due to the wind earlier that morning, which caused a bit of guests complaining about having to stand during the 15 minute ceremony. Our guests had said that they didn’t see why they couldn’t have set up the chairs as they walked out since the wind wasn’t blowing before the ceremony started.

Choosing Hotel Tabard Inn for our wedding was a fantastic decision. We hosted our wedding with 60 guests from 4-10pm in April 2026. The Tabard was the only venue we found that didn't have a wedding surcharge. We paid the same for our wedding as we would have a conference or retirement party at the same time, which saved us thousands. Our final bill was 17k, which included multiple stations for dinner, cake cutting fee, apps, 4.5 hours of open bar, the patio for the ceremony, both rooms upstairs, labor, and gratuity. They set up and cleaned everything except for our decor, and could not have made the whole process easier. I cannot say enough good things about Elena and the team! While email responses took a bit longer than we'd hoped, the team proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and professional when we connected. They gave us solid guidance on timeline and food, which helped us plan our day with confidence. On the wedding day itself, every staff member jumped into action the moment any issue popped up, keeping everything running smoothly. The venue itself is beautiful, historic, and genuinely so cool. We'd absolutely recommend Hotel Tabard Inn to any couple looking for a reliable venue with genuine care.

I am the mother of the groom and due to other circumstances, I was the planner for the wedding and reception. Our son and now DIL got married at The Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle and we were looking for a venue close to there. I cannot tell you how many venue we went to, but there were a lot, hotels, museums, restaurants, etc. Patterson had one of the best locations, and easily one of the most economical. I cannot begin to explain how easy they made it and how beautiful the reception was. We had just at 100 people, so we had tables in the ballroom and the library. The buffet was set up along the wall to the balcony, but the balcony was left open for people to use. Elena was out contact for the facility and she was quick to respond, easy to work with, and made everything run very smoothly. The food was amazing - we had a lot of compliments from the guests on the food. We took everything over to the Patterson and met Elena on the Thursday before the wedding - table numbers, guest book, envelope box, pictures to be put up, and I had a list of instructions of what tables the numbers go on, where the pictures go, flowers would be delivered, we had cupcakes delivered, etc. She did everything perfectly. There were a couple of pictures in the Patterson that my DIL didn't care for - Elena allowed us to tape up some of their couples engagement photos over them. The cupcakes were not delivered on time and Elena texted me to let me know and I took care of it. I could really go on and on, but I have to say it was one of the best receptions I have been to! I would be more than happy to talk to anyone about it, you are welcome to have Elena give you my email address. They even added a beer I liked to the bar that was not on their normal menu!
