    Menus at The Mill are custom created specifically for each couple/host and prices vary depending on the types of food chosen, time of the year, number of guests, etc. All food is freshly prepared by the Mill’s Culinary Team, which you will work with to plan your menu. Menu tastings are not available, but private cake tastings are available.

        The perfect venue!

        We had our eye on The Mill at Fine Creek before we even got engaged, and it did not disappoint. Jeannie, our coordinator, was incredible and thought of every detail from start to finish, making the whole planning process seamless. On the day of our wedding, every single person we worked with from the chef and pastry chef to all the coordinators and staff was kind and genuinely helpful. Our guests could not stop raving about the venue itself, and the food was exceptional; we loved that we could include meals that were meaningful to us when creating the menu. The cottages and brewery were a huge bonus that allowed us to keep the party going and make travel convenient for our family. We could not have asked for a more perfect day, and we owe so much of that to the team at The Mill at Fine Creek!

        Perfect blend of elegance and warmth

        We cannot say enough about how amazing the Mill and our coordinator, Jeannie, were to work with to create our perfect day. As someone who did not hire a wedding planner, the inclusion of an on site wedding coordinator was something that set the Mill apart from other venues we considered. The inclusion of so many aspects of the day - linens, plating, and so much more - also made this so appealing. Jeannie kept us on track with checkpoints leading up to the big day and was great to bounce ideas off of for our day. The one hesitation we had was the no tasting for the menu but when you understand the options are kind of endless you understand why and when I tell you every. single. bite. was raved about from ourselves and our guests I am not exaggerating. We made a joke about how my dad was looking forward to the bread basket and they gave him his own dedicated basket. He loved it. The day itself ran flawlessly, food was hot, and they captured my vision beautifully. They amplified my own ideas with their years of experience. The staff was professional, kind, and prompt with every task that came their way. We have nothing but rave reviews for our experience and I cannot wait to get our photos back to pour over the details all over again. We can’t thank the venue, Jeannie, Pierre, the chef, and all staff enough for making our wedding weekend a dream.

        Dream venue!

        My husband and I both loved working with everyone at the Mill - they made everything so much more seamless and less stressful! Madison was our day-of coordinator and she was spectacular at keeping everyone on track and helping us (mainly me) stay calm throughout the day when our outdoor ceremony was rained out, even helping to bustle my dress and grabbing us plates from the buffet at dinner. Speaking of dinner and dessert, everything was SO GOOD. They did a fantastic job of helping us figure out menus/cake flavors/gelatos that we loved while staying within the budget that worked for us, and even packed up the leftovers and had them waiting in our cottage for us that night. Highly recommend!!

        Amazing venue, amazing staff

        I got married here in October 2025 and cannot say enough good things. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff made our planning and day a breeze. Having everything re: catering, cake/dessert, and “rentals” was a huge plus and made planning a wedding while living out of Richmond easy and less stressful. Our wedding planner Lexi was top notch - I could write an entire review just on her alone. I seriously don’t think I could have made it through the day and planning process without her. The food was simply incredible and we had SO many people tell us it was the best wedding food they ever had. Also, don’t skip on booking the cottages! 10/10 Recommend this venue and its staff!
