We recently got married at Gala 417, and the entire experience was fantastic! The venue is absolutely breathtaking, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning everything was. Working with the Gala 417 team, especially Sarah and Lyndsey, made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer questions and ensure that our wedding day vision came to life in a way that felt uniquely ours. Lyndsey, our day-of coordinator, was amazing! She handled everything flawlessly throughout the morning and early afternoon, and we truly appreciated how well-organized and professional she was. Even though there were a couple of small bumps after her departure, such as the DJ needing a reminder for speeches, and a few of our selected beer options running out earlier than expected, the staff still managed to keep everything running smoothly. To future brides, I would recommend clearly emphasizing any specific beverage preferences during your catering and blueprint meetings if you or your guests have favorites to avoid any disappointments. We were especially excited about the food after trying it at our catering meeting—it was delicious, and we even bragged to our guests about it! However, on the day of the wedding, the food served was bland and inconsistently prepared. We had requested steaks to be cooked medium, but after the fact, many of our guests shared that their filets ranged from rare to well-done, with some even mentioning gristle or fat in the cut—which shouldn’t happen with a filet. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering how much we were looking forward to the meal. Overall, Gala 417 went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly unforgettable. We would absolutely recommend this venue to future couples—between the gorgeous space and the dedication of the staff, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. We are so grateful to the entire Gala 417 team for making our day so special!

We won a giveaway for this venue and had no idea what to expect- but the owner, Logan, walked us through everything and helped deliver a wedding we will never forget! Logan is very helpful and communicative. The venue is rustic, charming, and quaint in all the best ways. The views are breathtaking- especially at golden hour! The arches and covered spaces are easy to make your own with decor and provide the perfect backdrop. The get ready space and parking is not ideal, but they have come such a long way in a short amount of time and continuing to make improvements every day as a brand new venue! My husband and I both loved working with everyone at the Mill - they made everything so much more seamless and less stressful! Madison was our day-of coordinator and she was spectacular at keeping everyone on track and helping us (mainly me) stay calm throughout the day when our outdoor ceremony was rained out, even helping to bustle my dress and grabbing us plates from the buffet at dinner. Speaking of dinner and dessert, everything was SO GOOD. They did a fantastic job of helping us figure out menus/cake flavors/gelatos that we loved while staying within the budget that worked for us, and even packed up the leftovers and had them waiting in our cottage for us that night. Highly recommend!!

It wasn't just a venue; it felt like home and provided the perfect backdrop for one of the most important days of our lives. From our engagement photos to our rehearsal dinner and the wedding day itself, this stunning estate was a dream. We opted for the Friday early access package in addition to the overnight package, and it made all the difference. We were able to handle all the final preparations on Friday, leaving Saturday morning completely stress-free. The true magic of this venue, however, lies with Kim and her team. They are, without a doubt, the best in the business. Their kindness, professionalism, incredible attention to detail, and seamless organization are unmatched.
