Consider a weekend wedding experience in central Virginia's foothills, where so much is included for so much less than day only venues. Fairview Farm Events is Virginia’s only family owned, fully restored and transformed century old, multi-barn and farmhouse sprawling estate, where onsite lodging often hosts 40+ guests. While our venue and services are upscale, we focus on you. Every vendor on our list is family owned and cares deeply that your wedding will exceed your expectations. Our goal is to provide a turn-key, stress free wedding weekend where so much is included. Couples love that a relaxing, stress free, turnkey all-inclusive wedding is possible in just a short time. A weekend experience can be yours. While some choose a day only with overnight stay, most visit and say they want to move here. ADA Reception Barn

"Pictures do not do this venue justice-seeing is believing" is a phrase shared by everyone who tours.

Fairview Farm's reception barn was the first part of recreating the large dairy barns. The character need to remain true to the dairy farm that the owner's grandfather operated for seven decades. The 30 ft tall beams came from the mountains of Tennessee throughout the barn and adjacent pavilion. In 2013, there were less than 20 barn venues in VA. Fairview Farm is the only one that was and has stayed family owned. Our prayer was creating a relaxing weekend stay for couples to treasure.

ADA Large Pavilion

"Having this option as a multi-use large open space is huge. We need a plan B that is safe. This is perfect for the entire weekend experience!"

The ADA pavilion is adjacent to the parking lot and we have buses coming to property all the time and knowing that it can be used for the rehearsal dinner, brunch on Saturday, ceremony (if needed) and cocktail hour as well as other weekend activities no matter the weather. Seating areas are provided, with an adjacent fire pit on the patio with bistro lights. An antique bar and a clawfoot bathtub for ice, multiple barrel cocktail tables included as well as cocktail tables and more!

      Favorite Virginia Wedding Venue

      Fairview Farm is a true gem! The owners genuinely care about your experience and provide excellent planning services, preferred vendors, accommodations for large groups, along with a well maintained and beautifully decorated property with multiple ceremony locations, enclosed or open pavilion and rustic reception barn. Along with all that, the fully furnished farmhouse, two gorgeous barns and gamehouse are all amazing. I highly recommend Fairview Farm. I love shooting weddings there as a wedding photographer.
