The Pavilion

Your Dream Reception Starts Here

The Pavilion - Receptions are typically held in our 40 x 90 pavilion that is equipped with all the trappings needed for the perfect night! The space is finished with a brushed cement floor, optional side walls for cooler nights or rainy days, HVAC equipped restrooms, electrical outlets throughout for a band or dj, and bistro lighting on dimmers strung throughout to keep the ambiance in tact.

Our historic main floor offers elegant spaces for cocktails, intimate receptions, or relaxed conversation. The tavern provides a charming, casual atmosphere perfect for wedding parties or guest relaxation. Both areas offer versatility and can be combined for a larger celebration.

Description

All rentals include a 1 hour rehearsal the day before your event and 12 hours on the day of the event. You have use of our 40x90 reception pavilion (with restrooms and optional siding and heaters), 200 ceremony chairs, 200 farmhouse crossback chairs for reception, assortment of tables, Firepit, wooden bars, lawn games, and a parking attendant and golf cart with a driver to make sure your guests arrive with ease.

Extend your celebration by having up to 20 of your closest friends or family stay the entire weekend at Seven Springs! You have exclusive access to the property for the duration of your stay which could include a rehearsal dinner or Sunday morning breakfast! Overnights include all bedrooms at Seven Springs located in the Manor House, Honeymoon Cottage, and Guest House. Full Weekend pricing is for Friday through Sunday events only. Pricing includes all 'Full Day Celebration' amenities.

    Easiest Choice We Made

    Couldn't have been happier with how our wedding went thanks to Tracy (the venue manager) and the property itself. There was ample room to have our wedding party stay on site for the weekend and the drop down pavilion sides saved our day when the weather took a huge swing down. Every room was so full of charm and the property photographed exceptionally well. We got so many complements from our guests! Tracy is a huge selling point here too. She was very easy to get in touch with and answered every little question I had along the way. She is an absolute rockstar. Another thing I loved was that no one was trying to nickel and dime the experience. It if was something in Seven Springs power to do, it was just done.

    Perfect Venue & Team

    The perfect venue and team through and through! We spent our entire wedding weekend at Seven Springs, having our rehearsal dinner Friday evening in the Carriage House and staying on site throughout the weekend. It was an amazing location that had everything we wanted, and had plenty of space for our bridal party to stay on site as well. The venue goes above and beyond the stately driveway and Manor House – the outdoor ceremony site is immaculately maintained, the courtyard has the perfect blend of enchanting and cozy, and the pavilion provides a wonderful area for a reception. We received so many compliments on our wedding – and to us it was perfect! None of this would have been possible without Tracy and her team. Having Tracy as our day-of coordinator at Seven Springs was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding. She was immensely helpful in planning, providing multiple vendor recommendations and keeping track of decisions as they were made. Not only did she stay organized with layouts, timelines, and vendor communication – she provided a sense of relief for us and our family and friends. There was never a moment that Tracy wasn’t there to solve anything as it came up, and allowed our bridal party and family to enjoy our wedding more as guests than needing to help with anything. We are beyond grateful for all her hard work and the amazing team at Seven Springs! If you are searching for a venue that has an elevated farm-style atmosphere while still having cottage charm traits – this is the place. I cannot emphasize enough how brilliant our weekend was, and it will continue to hold a special place in our hearts!

We have ample parking for you and your guests at the front of the property, out of sight from your event. A parking attendant will be present for your guest’s arrival and a golf cart can be rented to transport your guests from the parking area to your event space.

Yes. In order to do so, the client or caterer MUST provide an ABC day of banquet license. One can be acquired at www.abc.virginia.gov and must be displayed clearly during your event. We recommend starting this process no later than 3 months before your event as it sometimes comes with a waiting period. This license is required anytime there are more than 20 guests on site while alcohol is being served.

grounds fee includes exclusive use of the grounds & facilities for ceremony, cocktail hour & reception. The property includes a 40x90 Reception Pavilion with restrooms & optional siding, vendor work areas, up to 200 wooden folding chairs for ceremony & (200) Farmhouse cross back chairs for reception use, (25) 60” round dinner tables, (5) 8' banquet tables, (5) 6’ banquet tables, (10) 3’ cocktail tables, (2) Wooden Fronted 8’ bars & a variety of lawn games. We also provide a parking attendant for guest arrival & are happy to have your ceremony chairs set up for you when you arrive! Rental also includes a 1 hour rehearsal for your ceremony.
You and your guests have exclusive use of the property on the day of your event. This means, that you can time your event as you see fit. The Grounds Fee includes 12 hours of property rental including access to and use of each of the buildings and catering facilities. Events can last up to 8 hours - we ask that alcohol and music are wrapped up by 10:30pm with all non-overnight guests having left the property by 11:00pm.
You and your attendants have full access to The Suite located in the Guest House beginning at 10:00 am on the day of your event. We can accommodate earlier access with additional site rental time. Belongings may be left in the Suite for the duration of the event, but all personal items must be collected by check-out. For Full Weekend Weddings you have unlimited access to the suite for the duration of your stay.
Standard day-of set-up time for your event is 10 a.m. In the event that the Client’s decor requires a set-up team prior to this time, you must coordinate it with the Venue Manager. All personal items and décor must be removed/picked-up by the check-out time listed in your contract unless other arrangements are agreed to prior to the event weekend.
Yes! We welcome decorations such as flowers, lighting, etc. We do not allow nailing, stapling, taping or anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage. We recommend using command hooks for any hanging needs! If you choose to use candles, we require that they are in containers or on a stand, to prevent damage to our surfaces. Candles are not permitted inside the houses and policies are subject to change.
Animals are not permitted indoors during your event. If you would like to include your pet in your ceremony or for pictures, they must remain outside and on a leash. If overnight guests wish to bring dogs, they must stay in the Guest House or Honeymoon Cottage kenneled while not with owners. There is a $250 required fee to bring in animals.
A ceremony rehearsal can be hosted before your wedding. The rehearsal should take no more than an hour and can be scheduled with our venue coordinator prior to your event. Be sure to inquire if you are interested in also hosting your rehearsal dinner afterwards on site at Seven Springs!
