          Wonderful to work with and beautiful space!

          I love doing weddings here, as the getting ready suite is beautiful and spacious with wonderful light. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend booking them for your wedding, especially their suite for the bridal party! Catering is also delicious and makes it super easy to keep everyone fed before the ceremony.

          Fabulous City Venue with All the Things You Need

          Working with Embassy Suites Washington DC-Convention Center was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team responded quickly to every question and maintained an attentive, genuinely nice demeanor throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is perfectly positioned for a smaller city wedding, offering an all-in-one solution with lodging, dining, and bar services built right in. What really impressed us was their willingness to go above and beyond with custom menu options that felt tailored to our vision. From valet service and front desk assistance to the events team coordinating behind the scenes, every staff member made us feel supported. DC events can be challenging to pull off, but Embassy Suites turned what could have been stressful into a seamless affair—I'd absolutely love to host another event there!

        The rental fee varies depending on the season. Tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware are included with the fee, as well as staffing needs for setup and breakdown.

        Yes, there are options to reserve a suite to prepare before your event, such as our Two-Room Presidential Suite or our Hospitality Suite. We provide a holding area for the bridal party that starts one hour before the ceremony or reception. Can we have our rehearsal dinner here? What about a morning-after mimosa brunch? Yes, you can. We have menu options for both. Please let your catering manager know you are interested.
        The rental fee covers four hours of the actual event, including setup and breakdown times. If you stay longer on the day of the event, there will be an additional fee. However, you can add hours prior to the day of your event for a reduced charge.
        Yes, you can. A ceremony fee of $1,500 covers the additional one hour for arrivals and ceremonies. The fee includes ceremony chair setup and one hour of rehearsal time; the time and date will be determined closer to your event.
        Yes, you can. The tasting will be held no earlier than 90 days before your wedding for up to four guests. Any additional guests will incur a cost.
        No, we do not. All food and beverages must be provided through the hotel. Please discuss dietary or religious concerns with your catering manager for options.
        Yes, you can provide a cake from an outside vendor. A cake-cutting fee is already included in the cost of your wedding package with us. We will require a Certificate of Insurance from your Baker.
