About this venue

Cherry Hill Ballroom is an event space located in the heart of Cherry Hill Park, an RV park and family campground. With a variety of options for decor, food service, and layout, we offer you the flexibility you need to throw the event of your dreams. With 3,600 square feet, suspended hardwood floors, grand ceilings, a balcony, and a fireplace, our ballroom accommodates up to 150 people for dinner, dancing, and wedding ceremonies. Our ballroom also features several side rooms that you can use as you please - set up a dressing room, photo booth, or cocktail bar! We have a covered pavilion for outdoor ceremonies. Our wedding package includes an array of decor that will transform your reception into a magical space for you and your partner, as well as the use of our commercial kitchen. You can set up catering or BYOB your event. If you've got a vision, we'd love to be a part of it. We've had fun over the years arranging carriage and tractor rides, log cabin packages, and more.

The Ballroom

The Ballroom is our main indoor wedding space, perfect for a summer celebration or a formal winter banquet. Invite up to 150 people for dinner, dancing, and your ceremony, and enjoy 3,600 fully decorated square feet, suspended hardwood floors, grand ceilings, a balcony, and a fireplace.

Use of The Ballroom, The Lounge, and the kitchen. One hour rehearsal. One hour consultation: room layout, design details, and fabric selection. Covered chairs with sashes and covered tables. Option for Chiavari chair rental. Centerpieces for guest tables and head table decor. Ceiling draping and chandelier. Wall drapery w/ crystal curtain, valance, up-lighting. Floor-to-ceiling crystal columns w/ colored up-lights. GOBO light (stock design or custom install).

    We were so fortunate to have a venue coordinator who understood our vision, always treated us with kindness and was easily assessable. Linda will take good care of you. Also, our venue was BEAUTIFUL and spacious which was beneficial during COVID season. We had a gorgeous wedding and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us!! It’s a day we’ll remember forever.

    After we first got engaged, we had a specific idea in mind for how we wanted the day to look. We were going for a rustic/1920s style. Saying it out loud probably sounded odd. Our first (and only as it turned out) stop was Cherry Hill. It’s literally a hidden gem in the DC area. The pavilion was absolutely beautiful to have our ceremony in and using the chapel as our cocktail hour room before going to the ballroom was perfect. Not to mention most everyone stayed at the grounds so there was no worry about driving or other issues. They supplied a tractor to take us around the grounds for photos and relaxation time before our reception entrance. The decorations that Linda helped us with in every location around the camp ground was absolutely perfect- she saw our inspirations and made them BETTER. I seriously cannot say enough about the amazing team at Cherry Hill Park and everything it has to offer for those wanting to get married. Did I mention I was a Covid bride? Talk about stress and changes happening daily but Linda was always there to talk me through it and make the day as close to what my husband and I wanted as possible with circumstances. I swear, it turned out better than we ever imagined even pre-pandemic! I could talk all day about how amazing the people and location is.
