NOW BOOKING WEEKEND WEDDINGS in our NEW BARN! Comus Farm is a charming and serene wedding venue located in Dickerson, Maryland. Steeped in history, this farm has been rejuvenated to host modern celebrations filled with stunning backdrops and majestic settings. A family-run farm, these hosts work hard to provide a welcoming environment to every couple that celebrates their love on these relaxing and secluded grounds. Originally built in 1921, the charming, traditional farmhouse is still intact, adding a historic and rustic feel to your special celebration.

Use of gazebo, rose garden with fountain, 30ft x 50ft pavilion, luxury restroom trailer and farm trails on 300 acres. Ceremony sites: gazebo, pavilion, pond, hill, lawn.

Beautiful venue
We have worked at Comus Farm many times as the Wedding Caterer and can't say enough good things about the venue and the Owners. Lauren is fabulous! She is very detailed and cares deeply about each couple. The venue is perfect for any event and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We would not hesitate to recommend Comus Farm!
An amazing and beautiful venue!
10 stars on a 5 star scale!! Comus farms and event coordinator Lauren, we’re beyond amazing. The venue: the farm is incredible and has everything you could hope for. And when they don’t have something Lauren gets it! The scenery is beautiful and varied. The barn is comfortable, easy, and elegant and we never had to worry about weather: the rain plan was just as beautiful as the fine weather plan. Having the farm house to get ready is incredible! It’s a long day and we used every perfectly outfitted room and the fabulous welcome basket treats. Having a kitchen was a game changer and as the wedding party got bigger over the course of the day lots of living spaces made it easy and fun. The staff: Lauren and her people (including her husband) are amazing. We didn’t have enough menus which we discovered as tables were being set: magically another 50 appeared. She has experience, wisdom, calm, and style—all of which we benefited from. Last minute changes, she’s got it. Things you didn’t think of, she has. She coordinated with vendors and let us drop off a truckload of “stuff” at our convenience. It was a perfect day. Thank you.

Choosing Comus Farm for our wedding was easily one of the best choices we made during the wedding planning process. The location is BEAUTIFUL and Lauren, the owner and coordinator is an angel. She is super flexible and helpful in the planning process in terms of decoration ideas and vendor recommendations. My husband has a severe peanut allergy and we wouldn’t have had a cake without her help. Don’t even get me started on the day of (and rehearsal the night before). She was amazing. So patient, so flexible, so helpful, AND she tells you how gorgeous you are all the time?? Love her. One of the biggest perks of this location is an included wedding night stay in the gorgeous 100 year old farm house I’d give her (and her super helpful husband, and the venue - it’s family owned by the way) 10/5 stars if I could! I’ll definitely go back for my baby shower!
