Stone Manor Boutique Inn is a wedding venue and bed and breakfast located in the foothills of western Loudoun County in Lovettsville, Virginia. Stone Manor believes that a wedding is one of life’s most precious experiences and should be savored with family and friends during an entire weekend. At Stone Manor, you can hold your wedding in a number of locations on our grounds. Couples who want an outdoor ceremony can make use of our secluded and beautiful Woodland Glen site, where 200 guests can attend a wedding in the forest. There is also a patio behind the manor house which can be tented to maintain the outdoorsy feel while protecting from the elements up to a capacity of 200. We have an indoor hall also! With the mix of indoor and outdoor sites, we are prepared with a backup in case of weather or unforeseen events. We also provide lodging for guests who want to book the rooms along with the Manor grounds.

This beautiful stone house sits at the base of the mountain and boasts luxurious suites, botanical spa products, and substantial gardens. Stone Manor is known for its rich collection of stained-glass windows as well as the beautiful and productive gardens. Up to 20 people can be lodged in the Manor, making it the perfect place for the wedding party or for family to stay before and after the wedding.

Solarium Reception Hall

The Solarium Reception Hall features a stunning bar and an expansive dining room flexible enough for a variety of seating arrangements for up to 200 guests with an outdoor dance floor, and 150 guests with an indoor dance floor.

10/10 in every aspect -seriously!
This is a spectacular venue. My husband and I had a late August wedding here with 50 guests. We wanted lush greenery, an outdoor ceremony, and a customizable menu. Stone Manor delivered on all fronts! Big highlights: - This team truly goes above and beyond to make your wedding day smooth. Erin (their event manager) and Autumn (their day of coordinator) checked in on us through the day. They were easy to communicate with and very organized. On top of this, they are both genuinely kind people! I called them my fairy god mothers. - Cost was a big concern of ours. This venue offered reduced pricing for week day bookings, has a lending library of well maintained decor (included with the venue), and even worked with us to make specialty drinks with regular bar products at no additional cost. They are up front with pricing which we appreciated. There were no unexpected fees. - One of the reasons people don't go with all inclusive venues is because the menu is often set already. This was completely not the case here! Their chef Parth and the CDC (I unfortunately forgot her name) actually worked with us to make a custom menu for our guests. They were not familiar with the cuisine we asked for but were so accommodating. They even set up a tasting with us, listened to our feedback on how we wanted it to taste, and adjusted it for the wedding day -- at no additional cost. This was actually incredible and meant a lot to us. We got a lot of great feedback on the food from our guests! And everything is cooked on site so it tasted so fresh day of. - They love cats - Idk what else you would want from a venue to be honest. My husband and I were both gagged by the staff here in general. Every one we met from the bartender to the lady who cleaned our room was so sweet. If you're stuck between choices , we give Stone Manor a whole hearted recommendation!

The most perfect wedding venue
From our first conversation with Stone Manor Boutique Inn, we knew we had found the right venue. The team was incredibly responsive to every question and thought through details we hadn't even considered yet. When thunderstorms hit during our outdoor cocktail hour, they sprung into action and made sure every guest stayed comfortable despite the limited indoor space. Throughout the day, they checked in on us regularly, kept us fed, and gave us quiet moments away from the crowd when we needed them. Stone Manor's quaint and unique setting provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding, and their genuine care for our happiness made all the difference. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Top tier wedding venue!
We chose Stone Manor as our wedding venue for our April wedding. It was the best decision we could have made! The venue is gorgeous and well maintained. The main draw for us was the wooded ceremony site which turned out to be so magical and whimsical. Our wedding day could not have gone better all down to the amazing food provided by their in house catering, the comfortable rooms, the efficient and kind staff, and the flexibility they offered due to rain on the day of. It is hard to put in to words how appreciative we are of everything they did for us in making our day perfect! They took the time to even take candid photos and videos of us throughout the day which was so special for us to see afterwards. Our guests and family were so impressed by the property and delicious food. We recommend doing a full weekend for your wedding as it was so nice to relax and have the space to prepare. A huge thank you to Erin and Autumn who coordinated the day and executed everything perfectly!! The venue is so affordable for all of the amazing amenities and add ons that you get. Something that sets them apart is their massive library of decor items that are free to use. It is hard to find a venue with this caliber of incredible value! We could not recommend this venue and team enough!!

Magical
From our first conversation with Stone Manor Boutique Inn, we knew we had found the right venue. The team communicated with us quickly and efficiently throughout the entire planning process, always making sure our questions were answered and our vision was understood. What impressed us most was how they handled every detail on the day itself—from orchestrating the whole event to the small touches like centering my aisle runner so everything looked perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning with plenty of space for our guests, and we loved having different options for setup within their grounds. The team went above and beyond to make sure every moment felt special and personal. Our wedding day was everything and more than we could have hoped for, and we owe so much of that to Stone Manor Boutique Inn.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!
When we found this venue on Zola, we immediately wanted to view it. They were super quick to respond and were very informative of what to expect. They were upfront of cost and what was included. The scheduling was very streamlined. The day of coordinator, Erin was very helpful and wonderful. The food was absolutely out of this world! The venue has multiple options to choose from ceremony site, reception, and food. The staff were super friendly as well. If you want a whimsical, magical, fairytale wedding, this is the place for you. We highly recommend checking out Stone Manor Boutique Inn. You won't be dissapointed!
