We had our wedding at the Coconut Palm Inn in January 2026. We rented out the whole venue and it was the best decision we made. From the beginning Carin was amazing at communicating with us, we also needed to have a date change which they were able to accommodate without issue. Loved that we were able to have the rehearsal there Friday and all wedding events there Saturday. Our friends and family also loved being onsite the whole time and made things much easier in terms of logistics. We were able to have the cocktail hour and rehearsal on the north beach, ceremony and reception at the ceremony portion of the South beach and dinner at the dinner portion of the south beach. It even though it was all in the same location, it felt like different places and gave our wedding the perfect flow. Tracy was also amazing through the whole process. Our family ended up getting stuck in Florida because of bad snow storms up north and they were beyond accommodating in helping out family with extending their stay and making sure everyone felt comfortable.We had our wedding at the Coconut Palm Inn in January 2026, and renting out the entire venue was hands down the best decision we made. From the very beginning, Carin was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We even had to change our date, and she handled it seamlessly without any issues. One of the things we loved most was being able to host everything in one place. We held our rehearsal on Friday and all of our wedding events on Saturday, which made the entire weekend feel relaxed and cohesive. Our friends and family also loved staying onsite—it made everything so much easier logistically and allowed everyone to truly enjoy the experience together. The layout of the property created such a beautiful flow for the day. We had our cocktail hour and rehearsal on the north beach, the ceremony and reception on the south beach, and dinner in a separate area of the south beach. Even though everything was in one location, each part of the celebration felt unique and special. Tracy was also amazing throughout the entire process. When some of our family members got stuck in Florida due to snowstorms up north, the team went above and beyond to accommodate them—helping extend their stays and ensuring everyone was comfortable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Coconut Palm Inn for a wedding or special event.

From the beginning, our wedding coordinator Adriana was so accommodating, professional & patient. You can tell she really enjoys her job. She made the entire process seamless. The venue itself is large and spacious, with a romantic and bright atmosphere that set the perfect mood for our special day. The decorations & flowers were beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious - our guests raved about the quality. All of the vendors recommended by the hotel were also top-notch. "Our wedding day was a dream come true" ... not all brides can say that. It truly was amazing ..... the Banquet and Event team at Margaritaville Resort Orlando did a fantastic job of making our vision a reality. Our event planner, Lissette Ellis was always available to meet with us or answer any vendor related questions we had from the planning stage to execution on the day of the event. Our wedding was no easy task for them as we had 75% of our attendees coming in from the Caribbean and other states. The resort did not see that as a challenge but provided us with a a block of rooms at a special rate for our friends and family to enjoy our special weekend. Even our entertainment, Dil E Nadan flew in from Trinidad to perform at our wedding. The resort allowed us to introduce cultural performances and delicacies and worked with us to transform the patio deck into a taste of the Caribbean. The venue also felt like a tropical resort and our guests all felt like they were on a getaway weekend! They're even planning to return this year and are demanding a reunion party to celebrate us one year later! My husband and I enjoyed every moment planning our wedding with this amazing team at Margaritaville and we can't wait to return to celebrate our one year anniversary soon.

Dream Bay Resort is a family-owned waterfront vacation rental property and wedding venue in the heart of Key Largo, FL, right on the Gulf of Mexico, with spectacular sunset views! We offer a full buyout of our beautiful 3.5 acre property, so that you and your guests can have it all to yourselves! There are 3 beach areas, swaying palm trees, gorgeous banyan trees, tiki huts, lush greenery, and a laid back, "boho" tropical island vibe! To make things easy for our couples, we also include, tables, chairs, bistro lighting, set up/breakdown, and arbor/arch. An onsite caterer is also available, although you're free to choose your own vendors and bring in your own alcohol. We sleep 36 guests on site, and there are nearby hotels and motels to accommodate all additional wedding guests. Dream Bay Resort was an incredible venue for our wedding weekend. We actually reserved it without ever seeing it in person, which felt like a bit of a leap at the time—but it truly could not have worked out better. Because we were planning our wedding from outside the country, we opted to use their on site property manager / wedding planner Lana and we highly recommend anyone considering this addition to not think twice!! She went above and beyond to make things easier for us, was always available for any questions and was extremely easy to communicate with and was ultimately the reason why our entire weekend went exactly as we hoped it would. She even allowed us to ship packages to her ahead of time so we didn’t have to travel with bulky items. That level of support made such a difference while planning from afar. We hosted three events over the weekend—a welcome party, our wedding, and a brunch. Lana truly brought our vision to life for each one. Her creativity and eye for décor are incredible. She was able to recreate Pinterest inspiration we sent her from just a single photo, and everything turned out even better than we imagined. The entire Dream Bay team was amazing, and they handled the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for all of our events, which made the weekend feel seamless. One of the best decisions we made was renting out the entire property. Having the resort exclusively for our guests created such a special atmosphere. Being able to walk between the cottages to visit friends and family throughout the weekend made everything feel intimate and relaxed, and it made getting to each of our events incredibly convenient for everyone. Obviously the setting itself is absolutely stunning— the sunsets and waterfront views provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos.

We recently had our wedding at the Marriott Sand Key Resort in Clearwater, Florida, and I have to say, it was truly a lovely experience. The resort is right on the water, and the views are absolutely stunning. From the moment we booked our venue, the staff was friendly and attentive. They made sure everything ran smoothly, which really allowed us to enjoy our special day without any stress. Our wedding coordinator, Larissa was amazing and so patient. The ceremony took place outside, and the way they set up the area with flowers and decorations just felt magical. The reception was held indoors, and the space was beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for dancing, and the food was delicious. We were impressed with how well everything was prepared. Our guest is still talking about it! One of the highlights for me was how seamless everything felt. The timeline was well-planned, and there was a nice flow to the evening, from the cocktail hour to the dancing. It felt like a celebration that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Marriott Sand Key Resort for weddings. It's a beautiful location with great service, and it made for a memorable day for us and all our guests.

We are an eccentric hotel wedding venue for couples marrying in the South Florida area. This colorful hotel features numerous modern spaces for a couple’s wedding. This modern and trendy venue features a banquet space with 20-foot-high ceilings. Couples can use the space for a ceremony or reception. They can also marry on the sands of the beach, only five minutes away and return to the venue for their reception. Aloft is amazing at any accommodations you may have! My husband and I planned our wedding from two different states. After messaging Ryan, we set up a tour, and immediately we knew this was our venue. Although I did the tour over video call, Ryan talked to me like I was there and answered any questions I had. Through everything, Ryan was quick with communication. I was in Florida for one week, this was crunch time for some big planning. This is when we began working with Tanya. Immediately, she was amazing! She offered to take so much off my hands! After that we were in constant communication and she gave me everything I needed. Day of, she was a sweetheart! Constantly checking up and making sure my husband and I had everything we needed! I cannot recommend Aloft enough! I have family and friends still telling me what a beautiful venue we picked for our reception!

We got married here on May 3, 2024 and our wedding at The Palms was a DREAM! The venue itself is STUNNING and doesn't require you to spend much time or money on decorating. The beautiful tropical plants and flowers that are already at the venue truly speak for themselves! As a result of this, we didn't need to spend much money on flowers or decor for the reception. Our ceremony was on the beach, which, again, was stunning! Our cocktail hour was at the gazebo area, which has a beautiful, flower covered gazebo that is perfect for photos. Our seated dinner and dancing was at the Grand Tiki Hut, which once again, had a beautiful, tropical ambiance. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and we could not have been happier with how it turned out. It truly was a dream. The on-site wedding coordinator, Vanessa Ortiz, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was there for us every step of the way and on our actual wedding day, helped us with unexpected things (like helping my fiance unbutton the 30 buttons on my dress so I could do an outfit change for the dancing, haha). She is warm, kind and amazing at her job. Vanessa took great care with all of the decor we brought and set up everything to our exact instructions. We also worked with her colleague, Barbara, for our wedding tasting. She was equally as kind and wonderful! Speaking of the tasting, The Palms has a restaurant on-site called Essensia, which was the caterer for all of the food (aside from the cake). Let me tell you, my husband and I are foodies and we both agreed that the food was absolutely delicious! I cannot rave about this venue enough! Overall, it was a perfect experience and we were able to have our dream wedding! Do yourself a favor and have your wedding here! :)

Our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa was absolutely perfect! We could not have asked for a better venue. As an out of state bride, it was actually the only venue we toured, the moment we saw it we just knew it was the one. The views are absolutely stunning and created the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding weekend. Cassie and her team was wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process. She made everything feel easy and seamless, even from a distance. We always felt like we were in great hands. The food was also incredible, our guests are still talking about it and saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had (and especially about the size of the steaks!). Every single staff member we interacted with throughout the weekend provided top-notch service and made the experience even more special. We are so grateful to have celebrated our wedding here and are already looking forward to coming back for future anniversary stays. It will always hold such a special place in our hearts!

My husband and I have been vacationing in Sanibel and Captiva for seven of the ten years we’ve been together, so we always knew we wanted to get married there. After three hurricanes completely disrupted our plans, we put everything on hold. I had my heart set on a different venue and waited three years hoping it would reopen—but eventually, I started to lose faith and decided to tour ‘Tween Waters. Looking back, it was the best decision I could have ever made. This venue is truly PERFECT. Having all of our guests stay at the same resort made the entire experience so special—it was so much fun running into everyone throughout the weekend and really soaking in that time together. The setting itself could not have been more beautiful and created the most incredible backdrop for our wedding. The staff at ‘Tween Waters are absolutely top-notch. Every single person was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely a joy to work with. No matter the question or request, they made sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. The food at Old Captiva House is also outstanding—our guests are still talking about it! And I have to give a special shoutout to Samantha—she is an absolute DREAM to work with. We had the best experience with the Casa Monica team with planning our wedding reception. From the initial tour and information session, to patiently responding to many emails and questions, they made us feel extremely comfortable. Tara was wonderful to work with and was extremely detail oriented (which I can appreciate) and made sure all the little requests and moments were taken care of. The food and drinks were delicious and everyone had great things to say about the appetizers and meal. We had our signature drinks which we were able to curate with the help of the bar team and felt like we were able to make it our own. I just had my wedding at Palm House over the weekend, and I cannot recommend it enough. The venue, the team, everything. For background, my (new!) husband and I are Miami Beach locals who wanted a small, boho beachy wedding and when we toured Palm House last year, we knew this was it. For reference, we had 80 people at our wedding, and we did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception across both the little palm, and big palm (we did NOT do the beach - I didn't want to worry about any potential hiccups with wind or the fact that it is a public space, so being ASIDE the beach in the palms were perfect for us!). One of the best parts about Palm House is that it is attached to a hotel which is PEFECT to use as your room block for guests (which we did, and for ourselves!), making it super easy for everyone to enjoy a vacation in Miami, but also the ease of being right where all the fun will be. Our guests LOVED this! From Day 1, Melissa and Kim were extremely helpful with all our questions, which was key for us because we did NOT have a wedding planner - everything was on us! The months and weeks leading closer to the wedding when we had to start finalizing tasting, decor, run of show, and all the little things, Kim (point person/coordinator!) went above and beyond - not only was she super responsive on text, but she was always open to having me come in person to walk through things together. Three weeks before the wedding, we spent almost two hours together going through things, and finalizing the decor - it was so much fun! Speaking of decor - I attached the pictures because one of the best parts was that decor was INCLUDED in our pricing. This is unheard of...AND, its stunning. All of the gorgeous flowers (best quality fake/dried flowers I have EVER seen), table signs, and linens are from them! We of course provided our welcome sign and favors, etc., but Kim was super helpful with volunteering extra baskets, etc., that she had in her decor closet to help tie things together. She truly went above and beyond her role, which I GREATLY appreciated since like I mentioned, we were our own wedding planners! For the wedding weekend, Kim was also able to get us early check in (which is never guaranteed, of course, but she did EVERYTHING to make it happen and it worked out!), which was SO helpful to get settled. Our setup and ceremony started on time - we had zero issues. This is definitely attributed to having a run of show prior that we went through with Kim and our vendors (DJ and photographer), so everyone knew points of contact and exact timing on things - which is key. Also, myself as a bride made sure I was on time, ha! I will forever be grateful to the Palm House team!

From the moment we chose The Perry for our wedding weekend, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for by the entire team. Sofia and Juliette were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Their kindness, responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail made such a difference throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. The Perry was the perfect venue for a wedding weekend because it truly gave us and our guests the best of Key West. We loved being able to experience everything Key West has to offer while still being away from the busier streets of Duval. The shuttle service made it incredibly easy for guests to explore the island, and the concierge team was so helpful throughout the weekend with recommendations, transportation assistance, and guest questions. One of the most special parts of our experience was how much The Perry allowed us to make the wedding uniquely our own. We were able to create a full wedding experience across different spaces on the property — from the Perry Lawn, to the pool area, Matt’s restaurant, and the patio space — which made the evening feel dynamic, personal, and so much fun for everyone attending. Everything flowed so effortlessly and smoothly from start to finish, and the entire atmosphere felt relaxed, elevated, and unforgettable. Another huge highlight was the food. As big foodies, we truly cannot say enough amazing things about the food at Matt’s restaurant and at our wedding events throughout the weekend. Everything was absolutely delicious, and consistently one of the biggest compliments from our guests. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved staying at The Perry. It truly became more than just a hotel — it felt like home base for one of the most important weekends of our lives. My wedding was the very first ever at The Ben and WOW, we were truly blown away by how incredible it was. The venue itself is simply stunning. The ballroom overlooks the water and has indoor and outdoor space. The ceremony space on the main level has a very cool, industrial feel that went perfectly with our vibe. We had our ceremony in The Studio downstairs, cocktail hour on the pool deck and our wedding in the rooftop ballroom. I think that what put our experience so over the top was working with the amazing staff at The Ben, especially Lauren and the events staff. We worked very closely with them for 9 months planning every detail of our 160 person wedding. Being the very first wedding at the hotel, the entire staff went so far above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect. I am a very type-A, detail-oriented person and no matter how many emails or calls or texts I sent, they were so incredibly patient and kind and diligent, making sure to always address all of our concerns and going above and beyond in everything they did. They truly made all of our wedding dreams come true, and no matter what I asked for or how difficult it was, they found a way to make it happen. The chef prepared the most over the top amazing food for us and Bernardo, the general manager, made us feel like we were celebrities from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. On our wedding night, Bernardo arranged to have a photo of my husband and me from the wedding framed and waiting for us in our room when the night was over. It was truly top-notch, end-to-end, white glove service. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and my husband and I (and all of our family and friends) can't stop talking about it. It was the most amazing and incredible night of our lives. I wish I could personally thank each and every person who contributed to our wedding at The Ben--they have given us the most beautiful memories and we will forever cherish them.
