“YPB was simply the single-best decision we could have made for our wedding. Our planner, Katelyn Evans, EXCELLED at: (1) Coordinating and managing our vendors, both local and not-at-all local (2) Understanding our vision and transforming it into reality (3) Navigating the complexities of a South Asian wedding (along with the specific needs for our families) Early on in our wedding planning journey, we got quickly overwhelmed, especially because we were not nearby to our wedding destination. Katelyn hit the ground running with us from day one. She was our boots on the ground, meeting with vendors in person when needed and was an expert in keeping things moving no matter what the action item was, big or small. A few particular difficulties that Katelyn navigated expertly: (1) We struggled to pull together the decor based off our wedding vision. Katelyn realized that one decor vendor was not meeting our needs and worked overtime to pull together an order sheet that pulled decor from multiple vendors that matched our vision perfectly AND cut our decor costs by half. (2) Katelyn accommodated our parents needs down to even the smallest requests, like making sweets available to guests at auspicious moments during the wedding weekend and even helping coordinate dinners outside of the wedding itself. (3) Katelyn pulled together last-minute needs during the wedding weekend without a sweat, such as setting up umbrellas to provide shade during the wedding ceremony or last-minute hotel room booking adjustments. The result was a multi-day South Asian wedding that was even better in real life than we could have dreamed of. Our guests LOVED (1) the decor, (2) the food, and (3) how organized and thoughtful each event was. Throughout the entire wedding journey, Katelyn remained extremely receptive to changes, incredibly attentive to detail, and our biggest friend and advocate. “When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. “We booked Sheeco Weddings—specifically Nicole—as our day-of coordinator, and we truly couldn’t recommend Nicole or the Sheeco team more. The way they structure their coordination services was an absolute dream. Starting about a month before the wedding, we began meeting with Nicole, and she took the time to truly get to know everything: our vendors, décor, family dynamics, and all the little details that make a wedding run smoothly. She created our full timeline and took over communication with all of our vendors, which was such a huge relief. The level of detail she thought through was incredible—things we never would have considered on our own. Having someone so organized and supportive leading up to the big day relieved so much stress. We had a very DIY wedding, with a lot of moving parts. All vendors were booked individually, and we brought in all of our décor ourselves—candles, hurricane glasses, table linens, napkins, cutlery, cups, name cards, signage for the bar, seating chart, welcome sign, and even our cake table (since we picked up the cake ourselves). Nicole and her assistant executed that vision perfectly—truly above and beyond our expectations. Everything was set up beautifully and exactly how we had imagined it. Because of Nicole and the Sheeco team, my husband and I, our families, and our wedding party were able to completely relax and be fully present on our wedding day. I knew that if anything came up, it would be handled seamlessly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better day-of coordination/wedding management package. “Aisle Daisy is the perfect hire for your wedding planning/floral needs! From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). She was incredible to work with, always available when I needed her and making me feel supported and confident leading up to the big day. The quality of Kayla and work and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing - Kayla and her team, Ryleigh, executed our vision with perfection, creating a beautiful and carefully curated event. The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. Genuinely felt like I was living a fairytale and I never wanted the day to end! Although there were a few minor hiccups throughout the day (as is typical for any wedding), Aisle Daisy handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so my husband and I literally had no idea - which is exactly what you want from your wedding coordinators/florists and all of your vendors. “The best thing I did for my wedding was hire Jodie and her team! We came from out of state to have our wedding in Oregon, and I truly don’t know how we would have managed without them. Jodie helped keep me sane! From the very beginning I felt like she really understood the vision for our special day and went above and beyond in more ways than one to make it come true. Sometimes it’s the little details that matter, and she thought of all of them. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and ability to manage all the moving parts with such grace and poise. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough!
