Hello, Savannah here! I have always enjoyed planning, organizing, and hosting events. If you know me, you know I always have my planner with me ready to plan my next turn. Not only do I have a hobby for planning, I also have endearment for weddings. It wasn’t until I coordinated a few of my friends’ weddings that I found my passion. Creating a dream come true is a special feeling. It is a pleasure to build relationships, establish connections, and make families come together. I recently married my best friend in July of 2023. I reside in Tenino, WA. I look forward to meeting beautiful couples & creating a day you will cherish forever.

I am one who is detail oriented, communicative, and diligent in carrying out my couples dreams and aspirations. In the event of unplanned changes, I am one who is calm and innovative in applying a plan B. Not only do I focus on my main duties, when needed I am someone you can ask to do a task and get it done in a heartbeat.

USE SWEET BEGINNINGS! Made our day a breeze!
Working with Sweet Beginnings Coordination was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, she communicated fast and kept everything organized, making the whole planning process feel effortless. She coordinated our schedule, all of our vendors, reached out to each one, and handled logistics so smoothly that we honestly didn't have to worry about a thing. She even troubleshooted issues I never knew about, keeping me stress-free! She made the rehearsal dinner so easy for me, and wrangled all of our wedding party with ease. On the wedding day itself, she was hustling the entire time to make sure everything ran perfectly. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—she got on the mechanical bull with our wedding guests, she even got a wedding flash tattoo!!, and was right there on the dance floor celebrating with us at the very end of the night. We truly could not have pulled off our wedding without her, and we cannot thank her enough. It was the best wedding EVER!

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, HIRE SAVANNAH! I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Savannah with Sweet Beginnings Coordination. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish, and I truly don’t know how we would have gotten through our wedding day without her! From the moment Savannah stepped in, she was organized, professional, responsive, calm, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day everything we had dreamed it would be. She handled all of the little details that I never would have even thought about, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. But what meant the most to me was how calm she made me feel. Weddings can be stressful, and there are always little things that come up behind the scenes. Savannah handled them without bringing any of that stress to me. She was there to solve problems, answer questions, keep things on schedule, and make sure everything was taken care of so that I could simply be present and enjoy marrying my husband. She was also so kind, patient, and easy to work with. I never felt like I was bothering her or asking too much. She truly listened to what we wanted and made sure our vision came to life. Our wedding day went so smoothly, and I was actually able to relax, soak everything in, spend time with our family and friends, and enjoy every moment. That is priceless. The BEST!!
Savannah and Tina were incredible as our day of coordinators! Their attention to detail, organization, leadership skills, and warm personalities made all of the difference. Best wedding coordinator!
I couldn’t have pictured our day without Savannah. She made sure everything ran smoothly months before and day of! Handled things behind the scenes we didn’t even know about till later and calmed my nerves x10000 all day. She is the best of the best and she’ll go above and beyond for you! She deserves the highest praise, and we’re so so thankful for her being apart of our big day!
