Based in Yelm and serving the South Puget Sound, we specialize in Day-of Coordination, Petite Wedding Coordination, and Special Event Coordination. Our role is to bring your plans to life with thoughtful organization, seamless execution, and genuine care, so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your celebration.

We’re more than coordinators, we’re your calm, organized partners behind the scenes. Beginning four weeks before your event, we take the time to understand every detail, communicate with your vendor team, build a customized timeline, and ensure nothing is overlooked. On your wedding day, we handle the logistics, solve problems before they become stressors, and keep everything running smoothly so you, your loved ones, and your vendors can simply enjoy the celebration.

Our Platinum Day-of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and want a professional to bring it all together. Beginning four weeks before your wedding, we’ll create your custom timeline, coordinate with vendors, lead your ceremony rehearsal, oversee décor setup, manage your wedding day, and handle cleanup, so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Our Gold Petite Wedding Coordination package is designed for intimate weddings and micro weddings that deserve the same thoughtful attention as larger celebrations. We’ll create your custom timeline, coordinate with vendors, lead your ceremony rehearsal, oversee décor setup, and manage your wedding day so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

    Couldn’t Have Imagined Our Day Without Them

    We truly cannot recommend With Love & Co. enough! Alyssa and Maddie managed our wedding day beautifully, down to every last detail, and we genuinely can’t imagine the day running as smoothly as it did without them. From coordinating with our vendors and bringing my vision board to life through the décor setup, to managing the timeline and flow of the entire day, they made everything feel completely seamless. We and our guests never felt rushed, but there was also never an awkward pause or moment where we were wondering what was supposed to happen next. We were simply able to enjoy our wedding day and trust that everything behind the scenes was being handled. They also managed a couple of unexpected situations that were completely outside of their control and, without their quick thinking and ability to take charge, could have had a major impact on our day. Instead, they handled them so smoothly that we were able to keep enjoying ourselves without the added stress — which is exactly what you hope for from a wedding coordination team. Alyssa and Maddie were also the perfect balance of kind, calm, and direct when needed — including corralling our bridal party and keeping everyone moving so we could get all of the photos we wanted without ever feeling rushed. And at the end of the night, they handled cleanup just as flawlessly. Not a single issue or detail was missed. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and having With Love & Co. there allowed us to actually be present for it instead of worrying about logistics. If you’re looking for a team you can completely trust to execute your vision, handle the unexpected, and make your day feel effortless, hire them. We would choose Alyssa and Maddie again in a heartbeat!

    Exactly Who You Want by Your Side

    Working with Alyssa and Madi made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. They were organized, communicated so well from start to finish, and thought of so many little details I truly never would have thought of myself.     On point planning and execution with GREAT vibes!

    Working with Alyssa and Madison was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were organized, professional, and made sure every detail was thoughtfully planned. They kept our timeline on track while creating a fun, positive atmosphere that allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment of our day. One moment that really stood out was when the groom's wedding ring unexpectedly went missing just before the ceremony. Without hesitation, Alyssa and Madi immediately jumped into action, calmly putting backup plans in place while discreetly helping search for the ring. Their quick thinking and ability to stay composed kept everyone calm and prevented unnecessary stress. Thankfully, the ring was found just in time, and because of their professionalism and preparation, our ceremony went exactly as planned. Absolutely! We’re based in Western Washington and proudly serve the South Puget Sound and surrounding areas. We also travel throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho for weddings and special events. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Yes! Month-of Coordination is our signature service. About six weeks before your event, we’ll take over the logistics, communicate with your vendors, create your timeline, coordinate your rehearsal, and ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish.
Yes! We’ll set up your personal décor on the day of your event according to your vision and instructions, so everything is ready before guests arrive.
