Garren Poirier is the name and I CAN'T say I've been into photography since my dad gave me a camera back in 1982. I started getting interested in photography in 2004 after I bought my first camera for a trip across the pacific to Indonesia. From that point I was obsessed with taking pictures. I immersed myself in learning about photography through books, the internet and trial and error. My true passion in the beginning was landscape which I believed helped me with other aspects of photography, I love finding new ways to look at the world.

I have been photographing weddings of all sorts for 18 years, and value a true connection with all of my clients. Love is love, and it should be remembered! Vermont is my home base, but a Destination Wedding is never out of the question!

Chip Allen Natvig is a photographer based in Central Vermont specializing in weddings, food, action, portrait, and lifestyle photography. Chip carries with him over 20 years of professional photography experience, both here in the US and abroad. In his element behind the lens, Chip’s passion for photography shows through—as he uniquely captures the moment and brings the viewer into the image.

I have a healthy addiction to deep snow and frozen nose hairs. Most think I'm crazy, but on those truly frosty mornings the mountains are a magical place to be. During the warmer months, when I'm not behind the lens, you can usually find me hiking in the mountains or fishing in the salty waters of Maine and New Hampshire. These days I call the Mad River Valley of Vermont home. My wife and I, along with our furball pup have a little cliffside home overlooking a waterfall (dubbed 'The Waterfall House'). -Keep an eye on my IG stories for said waterfall imagery/video updates.
