She monitored the weather for weeks leading up to the big day, and she was absolutely right — though it was gorgeous, the wind changed several elements of our ceremony and décor. She also helped coordinate the other events throughout our wedding weekend, making each one feel special and seamless. Even the bathroom baskets she curated for guests were thoughtful and beautifully done. Every single guest has told us how wonderful the wedding and the entire experience felt — and we couldn’t agree more. Weddings will always have at least some chaos, but with Ashley by our side we were protected from most of it, and we remained calm even in the moments that could have easily unraveled. Hiring Hannah as our day-of-coordinator was hands down the best vendor decision we made and the top piece of advice we’ll be giving any friends planning a wedding. I loved that she came to the rehearsal so our friends and family could put a face to her name too. I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! She made everyone feel welcomed and relaxed on the day. Our event was interrupted by bad weather (any couple’s worst wedding nightmare), and Saige’s team was able to pivot our entire event indoors flawlessly, while maintaining our vision of the ceremony. Moreover, Hannah made our day easy by keeping pressure off of us so we could enjoy the event, but also checking in to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!
