It seemed like a worldwind tour and in the end my bride smiled as if she received the world. We met Christina at a random event through a mutual friend and she boasted about 'Majestic Elegance Resorts' as the location for our 'Destination Wedding'. I had never worked with a Wedding Coordinator/Travel Agent before and as the Groom I understood my role. My wish, that was non-negotiable was that my Bride was happy.......MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. My voice was heard, any time we faced a challenge I was able to go to Christina to address it. • The location was all that it was bragged to be • Our wedding, with the endless beach view was the best • The transportation to and from the airport was on point • The food was very good • The rooms....oh the rooms...no matter which one you chose, not sure you could go wrong • There were events everyday on the resort, with staff approaching you during the day to invite you personally • Did I mention it was all-inclusive....It was all-inclusive • The All-White Boat Party the next day, not even the rain could hold us down as God opened the skies as soon as we left the dock.........whooooo just tired thinking about it. I have a pic of my Bride and the Wedding Coordinator passed out from all the expended energy with each other Most importantly, in the end my Bride was smiling, crying and smiling again. It took us 2 days to recover just to say goodbye to our guests as we stayed a few more days...just awesome. My bride is still smiling, even now and if we could change something I can't think of anything that we would change. I smile just thinking about it. All of our guests thank us for inviting them to spend to travel to join us for our celebration. They had the time of their lives and those that could not make it regret it but enjoy the love through our pictures. Thank you Christina for making my Bride laugh, cry and smile again. This was one of the most important moments in my life and we are still watching videos and finding pics.

The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. She guided me through every decision while still making me feel like the wedding truly reflected me and my husband. And the professionalism? Insane. The organization? Insane. The patience? Saint level. She worked with my budget and constantly gave me options to still achieve the luxury, elegant look I wanted without making me feel pressured to spend beyond my means. She found almost all of my vendors, and every single one of them was phenomenal. The amount of compliments I still receive from guests weeks and months later about how beautiful, organized, and seamless my wedding was honestly speaks for itself. But what REALLY blew me away was wedding day itself. When I tell you I did not have a single worry in the world, I mean it. Noelle and her team handled EVERYTHING. She was genuinely a rockstar from beginning to end. At one point she literally did my late night McDonald’s run herself while her assistants stayed behind making sure me, my bridal party, and my family had everything we needed. Who does that?! That level of care is so rare. She treated my wedding like it was just as important to her as it was to me. Not only did she become my wedding planner, but over this past year she truly became someone so special to me and my family. My family and friends could not stop complimenting her professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and calming presence. I literally had my mom’s friends texting me asking for her information because they were so blown away by her. Noelle made wedding planning FUN. She made it exciting instead of stressful. Honestly, she makes me want to plan another wedding tomorrow just to work with her again. I’m truly going to miss our hours-long meetings spent perfecting every little detail because it all paid off in the most unbelievable way. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. Jenny, aka Opal Avenue Events, was a dream to work with! I reached out very early in the wedding-planning process to ask if she’d be available to be our day-of-coordinator for our non-traditional wedding, and I am so glad I did. From our very first conversation, Jenny was excited to help us plan and organize a South Asian-fusion wedding, instead of being deterred by the inherent challenges of doing something different from the norm. When I later asked her what she thought about centering swans, roses, tomatoes, and ribbons, she was even more enthusiastic and was ready to help ensure the vision would come true, while calmly listening to any concerns we had throughout. I had the best experience with The Venlist. I was fortunate to work with two great planners, first Kyra, and then Brittany. Kyra really understood what I was going for and was excellent at helping me plan, so I was bummed when she left. However, Brittany is absolutely amazing. She’s the absolute best at what she does. She goes above and beyond for you and she will definitely deal with any vendor issues you may have. Brittany is the main reason why my wedding vision was properly executed and brought to life. The Notion platform was perfect in keeping track of all things wedding, and I loved the style of it. Brittany is such a great person and easy to connect with.
