Absolutely amazing team! Everyone we met with was super helpful and they really made our day go as smoothly as possible. Isabel was a big help from when we booked them up until the actual wedding date- answering any questions I had and suggesting things I hadn't though of. We used Raleigh Weddings as our wedding coordinator for our wedding in late October ’23 and they were great! We brought Carina on about 2 months prior to the date of our wedding and she took charge and helped us during the home stretch to make our wedding day smooth, successful, and beautiful! Carina was very responsive, provided great suggestions, is very organized, and filled many of the gaps that we had during a stressful time. As one example – we started to think about having hot drinks served at our wedding and she took charge in finding a suitable vendor, getting pricing information, and coordinating their arrival. Our wedding was at the JC Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh and we live out of state, but Carina was more than willing to work with us (and stay on top of us with all of her checklists!) in our lead-up to our special day. We highly recommend using Raleigh Weddings! Thank you Carina for making our day extra special!

Brianna was such a pleasure to work with. I hired her for her day-of coordination as I planned my wedding myself. It was a small, pretty minimalist wedding with 40 guests, but having Brianna coordinate with the vendors, and lead the rehearsal and wedding day was a huge relief during a stressful planning process. She was flexible with helping us plan our timeline earlier than usual and asked us all of the questions that wouldn’t have ever occurred to me. She was super supportive and communicative and helped find me vendors and just so patient with us. Scheduling meetings through her website was a breeze! Being able to see her availability without going back and forth or waiting for confirmations was super helpful. Brianna was a huge help when we learned we couldn’t store our decor at the venue the day before, so after the rehearsal at the venue, she stashed all the decor in her car. The day of our wedding, Brianna and her assistant put the dinner tables exactly as I had shown her, but I was really impressed with how she used our leftover decor for our guestbook table, gift table, and even the bar! It all felt really cohesive and I was impressed by her creativity and her ability to improvise. Brianna was so reassuring and on top of everything and she really made our day run as smoothly as possible!

Myesha served as the planner/ Coordinator for our wedding 4/6/24 and I must say hiring her was probably the best decision I made through our whole planning process. I was a very hands on bride as far as planning, but soon learned it was impossible to maintain day to day life and plan a wedding. Myesha came in and made all my stress disappear. Kept me calm and ensured it would all come together. She stayed on top of everything, gave great ideas and input, and was honest and realistic when I was being a typical bride. Honestly, of I would have done this on my own it would have been a disaster. Micah with Amore Planning was a wonderful day of coordinator! She met with us initially about a month and a half before the wedding to go over high level information, and was responsive via email afterwards for all my questions. Our in person walk through two weeks before the wedding was the most helpful-she had a timeline and had contacted our vendors by then to make sure we were all on the same page. Micah was especially helpful the weekend of the wedding, making sure everything was delivered and in the right place, and helping us collect all of the stuff we brought at the end of the night. She made the day go smoothly and we couldn't have done it without her!

My husband and I booked Julia as our Day of Wedding Coordinator. From the beginning, she was on top of everything. She has a spreadsheet to help you plan and it provides her the information she needs. We stayed in constant communication via phone calls and texts. She even offered to be involved in all of our final vendor conversations. Just amazing to work with! Julia was a rockstar the day of our wedding though! She took charge and stepped up to make sure we stayed on schedule the best we could and when we couldn’t she found a way to utilize our time by changing the itinerary. She also only came to me with questions if my MOH didn’t know the answers. Scott, her assistant, was super helpful! Having 2 coordinators there made it so relaxing knowing that they had everything handled. You can’t be everywhere as the bride, but I was confident in leaving our wedding to Julia and Scott so we could get ready and enjoy our wedding! At the end of the night, I asked Julia if I could keep her haha she was truly amazing from start to finish! I can not recommend her enough. Our wedding would not have been as spectacular as it was without her! I have already given her contact info to 2 of my guests! I will definitely be reaching out to Julia for any event I plan in the future.
