I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

“Paige was an incredible (or dare I say, perfect) wedding coordinator for our August 2026 wedding at Rocky Hill Events in White Salmon. From our very first call, we connected with Paige due to her warmth, confidence, experience, and passion for working with couples to execute their dream wedding days. Throughout our year and a half engagement, Paige was kind, caring, organized, and supportive. In the month leading up to our wedding, she was punctual and on top of every call and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had a few small hiccups at our wedding that Paige was able to help remedy. She was compassionate when my mom received an unexpected breast cancer diagnosis, offering ideas of ways to support her on the big day. She also helped workshop solutions to small family and friend dynamic problems we encountered along the way, always centering us as the couple in her work. She also brought along a wedding day assistant, Jillian, who was wonderful as well! Paige is more than just a coordinator, she truly becomes your friend in the process, which is exactly what we were hoping for. While we unfortunately will only have one wedding day, we’d hire Paige and Silver and Sunlight Events a hundred times again if we could. We highly recommend other Oregon or Southwest Washington couples do the same. ️”

Starting as a young teen, he would let me tag along to weddings to help haul equipment. I fell in love with the hustle and I ended up working 15+ weddings as his assistant videographer before I left for college. Professionally, I have been working as a stage manager in events and entertainment for 9 years, mostly in the SLC, Utah area. I always felt the wedding industry calling me back, so about 3 years ago I began applying my events management skills to wedding planning and never looked back.

“When I was a teenager, I spent hours talking about and planning my dream wedding. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep that energy rolling into my 20s. When my fiancé and I finally got engaged, I checked my old Pinterest board and found nothing but tacky, out of date, “a teenager definitely planned this in 2010” ideas. I realized I would have to plan an entire wedding from scratch in just 4 months, and panic set in. Finn got me back into Newly Engaged Bliss mode, where I belonged. I communicated a general vibe that my fiancé and I were looking for, and they helped us build that vibe into a vision and nail down specifics. They were also more than accommodating when I had to change the wedding venue not once, but TWICE. Finn managed all of the chaos while helping us design a ceremony that felt like us: warm, welcoming, and alive, with not a single mason jar centerpiece or strip of burlap in sight. “Delaney and her assistant Keziah went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of magical! They made sure we ran on time (easier said then done with a bride who is late for everything), made sure we looked perfect for every photo, and most importantly made sure we had fun all night! The quality of their work was exceptional - they were highly detail-oriented, organized, and communicative. Brit, our planner, was a rockstar - she quickly came up with a solution when we realized we didn't have a way to reheat food, and she even jumped in to help bus tables and wash dishes when the bride decided to switch to china plateware at the last minute, adding a significant amount of work to an already full schedule. Brit is absolutely awesome to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her and Monteleone Wedding Coordinating again in the future.”

“Mailee at Noble Beginnings was an absolute angel. We hired her as a day-of coordinator and her help pre-wedding and day-of was immensely helpful. We don’t know what we would’ve done without her! She offered support prior to the day of to make sure I had things in order. She was on top of everything from start to finish. On the day of, she helped me execute my wedding vision while keeping me calm (and fed!). As everyone always says, something is bound to go wrong on the day of the wedding, but with Mailee everything felt okay. “Would give higher than 5 stars if we could! We worked with McKenzie at TIB and we could not have had a more seamless and wonderful experience. McKenzie took over all of the small details leading up to and including the big day, and most importantly, allowed us to actually live in the moment during our wedding. During the wedding itself, McKenzie was somehow simultaneously out of sight and everywhere we needed her to be. It was the most magical and stress-free day and it was all because of her and her team. Communication was easy, ultra responsive, and constantly reassuring (which was SO needed!). We would recommend TIB to anyone who is looking for their offered services. - Harry & Julie”

“I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it. She also recommended a wonderful waitstaff that I will definitely hire again. I highly recommend Jenny with Daisy May Events”

“Jodie and her assistants were incredible. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator because I’m type A and pretty well organized, but ended up going with my gut and hiring Aisle Ready Events.
