Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. Just wanted to show off my INCREDIBLE day of wedding coordinator!!!! Wanderlusteventsli Her name is Arianna Castagna Baker and she was my LIFELINE this past weekend. She made us a beautiful timeline that helped all of my vendors and family move smoothly throughout the day. She came early to help me and the girls finish getting ready. She brought a whole suitcase filled with things I didn’t even think I needed. She helped me finish my makeup and help my mother and girls do last minute touch ups to their hair and makeup and even put my mothers lashes on! She sparkled up my chest and helped me layout my detail photos. I didn’t have to worry about taking my wedding dress out and setting anything up for photo because she was right there doing it for me. I was able to focus on getting ready and soaking in the precious moments. If it wasn’t for her y’all I would have forgotten to put on my dam perfume!!!! She held all of my items and took my cell phone to capture moments so I had them right away as photo/video takes a bit to get back. She helped fluff my dress and held my very long veil on the way to the ceremony. She made sure the girls were in order and when we got to the church she helped me stay calm. She threw gum in my mouth right before I walked out to freshen up my breathe and let me spit it right out before I walked out. she freshened up my arm pits and told me to take a selfie so I had that forever she took pics and videos of special moments all night with my phone. She helped us get poses and shots we wouldn’t have thought of. During my husband’s first dance with his mother, they did a fun dance to end it and he planned to rip his jacket off to start the fun dance. If it wasn’t for this girl, he wouldn’t have gotten it off. She ripped it off him so fast JUST IN TIME for him to start the dance! All night she got us drinks and made sure we were taken care of. She was beyond attentive and just so smart in what we needed all day. Without her we wouldn’t have been as relaxed and calm. I can not thank her enough. She makes you feel so comfortable and I would hire her for ANY event needed. She is the best of the best!! Oh and VERY affordable!!! 1000000000/10 recommend for your wedding or next event!!!!!! We love you!!!!

Literally the Wednesday before my wedding she had to find me a new photographer, and they ended up being amazing. McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!!

If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. What meant the most to me, though, was how she showed up emotionally. Wedding planning can bring up family dynamics, stress, and big feelings. Zoe was such a steady, calming presence. She always reassured me that we weren’t behind, that everything was on track, and that we were doing great. She made me feel comfortable being vulnerable during a really high-emotion season of life, and that is something I will never forget. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. If anything went wrong, I truly have no idea - because she handled it before it ever reached me. She took the time to build a relationship with our wedding party and vendors to be able to pivot without me knowing and that meant the world to me. Guests, vendors, and our wedding party all commented on how calm, kind, and on top of everything she was. She created a beautiful atmosphere while somehow making it look effortless. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about our wedding - which is every brides dream - and no doubt the experience wouldn’t have been possible without Zoe. If you are planning a destination wedding (especially in Hawaii) or really any wedding anywhere and working within a budget but still want something elevated and meaningful, hire her. If you want a planner that feels like a friend you’ve known your whole life, hire her. She is creative, strategic, detail-oriented, incredibly communicative, and genuinely cares about her couples. Zoe wasn’t just our planner - she was the reason our wedding felt the way it did and I’m forever grateful for her.
