Our facility is open Tuesday through Saturday, with private rentals available after 1 pm on Saturdays and for the full day on Sundays and Mondays.

Springwater Lakes Estate offers an incredibly unique location to exchange wedding vows and celebrate significant moments. An extraordinary 16-acre lakeside, laidback country setting, your venue owners are in the business of creating a stress-free, one of a kind day. We offer several different picturesque ceremony areas as well as a stunning antique barn reception space.

This site was first developed by Philip Foster in 1847, as a resting place on the Oregon Trail. It still has four original Foster buildings (two moved onto the site), including a large hay barn, granary, and two houses. One house has been restored to its 1860 condition. We welcome all kinds of weddings, but are most appreciated by those who love Oregon History, and those who want to bring horses to the wedding. There are many options for how to use our site, and we are happy to help you create your dream event. Although parking is limited to about 50 cars, there is plenty of space for people.

We offer 45 historic acres of pasture surrounded by old-growth trees located on the Barlow Road, a section of the Oregon Trail. An 1890 Victorian Farm House, big red barn, and the Clackamas River make this a special place for your wedding or event. This unique property sits down in a valley with almost 1/2 mile of river frontage. Huge old-growth trees surround the fields. Total privacy with pastoral views.
